Shruti Parashar
Services

Three services. The fee follows the scope.

A website that can be found, SEO that compounds, and paid social that produces leads while the site grows. Fees are in rupees, excluding GST, for the scope in each column.

Working together

Three ways an engagement usually starts.

The right shape depends on whether you need something built, a channel grown, or a second opinion you can trust.

Expertise

Every part of the work has to hold together, or the weakest part sets the ceiling.

These aren't separate services stacked on an invoice. They are the parts of one system, and a weakness in any of them caps what the rest can achieve.

  • Technical SEO Crawling, indexing, rendering, architecture
  • Content Strategy Clusters, briefs, editorial direction
  • Keyword Research Demand mapping and opportunity scoring
  • Search Intent Matching pages to the decision behind a query
  • Internal Linking Moving authority to pages that earn
  • Local SEO Profiles, local packs, multi-location structure
  • Ecommerce SEO Taxonomy, facets, catalogue at scale
  • Digital PR Coverage and citations worth having
  • Analytics Attribution that survives a finance review
  • Conversion Optimisation Turning the traffic you already have
Working industries

Each industry has its own pages.

The fee on each page is a scope already published. A stock list, a booking engine, a checkout and a product login are named where they are a different build.

  • Dentists Clinics that sell treatment — implants, aligners, root canals — not a page called Dental Services. SEO Website
  • Lawyers Practice-area pages for firms that are hired for a matter, not for the phrase ‘lawyer in Delhi’. SEO Website
  • Solar Installers whose sale is a rooftop system, with a site survey as the enquiry — not a brochure of panels. SEO Website
  • Real estate Brokerages and developers who are paid when a property transacts — an area page, not a fake inventory. SEO Website
  • Chartered accountants Firms retained for audit, tax or compliance, with a site that states the facts the Institute’s write-up allows. SEO Website
  • Architects Practices instructed on buildings, with pages by the commission rather than a gallery of renderings. SEO Website
  • Interior designers Studios that fit out a whole home, with the carpet area and the rooms stated in the quote. SEO Website
  • Car dealers Showrooms whose site has to show cars they are allowed to sell, at the price they state, without scraping a portal. SEO Website
  • Workshops Garages hired for a repair, with the job and the car named before anyone talks about a price. SEO Website
  • EV charging Installers of chargers, hired for a site survey. An EV showroom that sells cars uses the dealer pages. SEO Website
  • Hotels Properties whose site describes the stay and asks for a date. A booking engine is not included. SEO Website
  • Weddings Planners and venues. A planner sells the wedding. A venue sells a date and a capacity. SEO Website
  • Coaching Institutes that teach a course they actually run. Results are published only as the institute supplies them. SEO Website
  • Schools A school a child attends. Admissions, the board, and the age, as the school states them. No promise of a seat. SEO Website
  • Colleges A college whose pages are the programmes it teaches. Placement claims only with the college's own year. SEO Website
  • Manufacturers A plant that sells a specification and a quote, not a visit to the factory gate. SEO Website
  • Logistics A carrier whose pages are the lanes and services it runs. A tracking login is not the marketing site. SEO Website
  • Ecommerce and D2C A brand that sells its own goods. The work is the category page and what gets indexed. The checkout stays on the shop they already run. SEO Website
  • Software and SaaS A company that sells software. The search is the comparison and the objection, whether the contract is a subscription or a licence. SEO Website
Also on the site

Shorter notes on other sectors.

These are orientation notes. The commercial offer, where one exists, is the set above. A note here is not a second sales page for the same buyer.

Process

How the work runs.

Six stages. The first three decide whether the last three are worth doing.

  1. 01

    Discover

The business before the website. What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, and what the market around you already looks like in search.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Where the growth is currently leaking: technical foundations, content that misses intent, authority you don't yet have, measurement that can't prove anything.

  3. 03

    Strategise

A prioritised roadmap. What gets built, in what order, by whom, and what has to be true before the next phase starts.

  4. 04

    Execute

The highest-impact work first, shipped with your team. Tickets developers can act on and briefs writers can use.

  5. 05

    Measure

Visibility, traffic and, where the tracking allows it, enquiries and revenue. Reported plainly, including the things that didn't work.

  6. 06

    Compound

Double down on what is working, retire what isn't, and keep improving the pages that already earn. This is where most of the return comes from.

Start here

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start. Tell me what the business is trying to do and I will tell you honestly which of the three matters first, and which can wait.

Replies usually go out within one working day.
