A manufacturer site a buyer can send to procurement.

The specification, the line, and a quote form that asks for quantity.

Starting fee ₹2,50,000, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

A lathe at rest and stacked crates on a factory floor, under a skylight.
A factory floor. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a client’s plant.

The larger site is the start.

The published larger build is a design system and templates for a catalogue or a long set of pages. That is this job. It is not a factory system. Search is SEO for manufacturers.

01 The problem

What is refused.

A machine photograph and a contact form.

  1. 01

    No spec field

A product page without the facts procurement asks for is not shipped.

  2. 02

    A portal login for distributors

Named as out of scope. It is not hidden inside ₹2,50,000.

  3. 03

Stock photography of a plant they do not own

The caption would be a lie. Their photographs, or none.

02 The work

What is designed and built.

The marketing and specification site.

  1. 01

    A product template

The fields the company agrees. They fill them.

  2. 02

    A quote form

Part, quantity, and a way to reply. Source attached in the CRM they already use, where the plan's integration applies.

  3. 03

    Three months of edits

Inside the fee, then the longer post-launch window on this plan. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops.

03 The process

How a website project runs

If there is no specification to publish, the project does not start as a catalogue.

  1. 01

    Discovery

What the business sells, who buys it, and what an enquiry has to collect. A booking tool or a catalogue that is not in the quote is named as out of scope.

  2. 02

    Sitemap and wireframes

The pages listed on this page, and a wireframe of the enquiry path, before visual design starts.

  3. 03

    Design

A layout for those pages, from scratch. Not a template with the logo dropped on.

  4. 04

    Build

Responsive pages, a CMS a non-developer can edit, and basic technical SEO: titles, headings, speed, and schema that matches the content.

  5. 05

    Content

A draft against the brief. Prices, clinical claims, legal explanations and project facts are the client's to correct before launch.

  6. 06

    Test and launch

The form is tested into the inbox the client names. Old URLs that already receive enquiries are redirected. Three months of small edits are inside the fee.

04 The site

Engineers correct the spec. The site does not improve it.

A logistics company that only moves goods is a different build.

What the navigation contains.

Lines, not a tour of the gate.

  1. 01

    Company

    What is made.

  2. 02

    Product line

    The specification template.

  3. 03

    Quote

    Quantity and the part.

Proof

No plant is shown as a client.

The factory in the image was generated for this site. It is not a client’s plant.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

A specification site is ₹2,50,000.

₹1,50,000, plus GST, is only honest when the line is short enough for ten to fifteen pages and no real catalogue. The reply says which.

GST on these services is 18%. Three months of management are inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.

One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.

  1. Local Presence

The wrong scope for a parts catalogue.

    ₹85,000 project fee, plus GST

A fast, credible site that ranks in the local pack and turns a phone-first visitor into a call or a booking.

    • 5–7 pages, designed from scratch — no template
    • Content plan and page-by-page copy outline, written before design starts
    • Local SEO built into the structure: service and location page architecture, LocalBusiness schema, NAP consistency
    • Google Business Profile connected and optimised
    • Lead form, click-to-call and directions on every page
    • Enquiries piped into your CRM, inbox or WhatsApp — connected and tested
    • Mobile-first build, Core Web Vitals pass
    • GA4 and Search Console configured and verified
    • 3 months of website management included — updates, backups, uptime and small edits
    What you are paying for

A site you own outright, structured so a local search can actually find it, with the content plan, the CRM connection and a quarter of management already inside the fee. No template licence, no page-builder subscription, no bill for the first small edit you ask for.

Around 3 weeks from content handover. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

  2. Growth Site

A short line, ten to fifteen pages, no weekly catalogue.

    ₹1,50,000 project fee, plus GST

A site built to be added to — templates, a real CMS and an internal linking structure that can carry a content programme.

    • 10–15 pages plus a CMS-driven blog
    • Full content plan: page inventory, keyword mapping, briefs and a six-month publishing calendar you can hand to any writer
    • Reusable service, location and landing page templates
    • On-page SEO for an agreed target keyword set
    • CRM integration — HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or your own — with lead source and campaign passed through on every form
    • Conversion tracking: events, goals and form attribution
    • Speed and Core Web Vitals pass on every template
    • Content migration and 301 mapping from the existing site
    • 3 months of website management included, then 30 days of post-launch support on top
    What you are paying for

Templates your team can publish against without a developer, a six-month content calendar to fill them, and leads landing in the CRM with their source attached. The build is the part that stops being a bottleneck — everything after launch is you adding pages, not paying for them.

Around 5–6 weeks. Includes one round of structural revision and two rounds of design revision. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

The starting fee named on this page is ₹2,50,000, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.

The same service, without this industry, is the Website development page. The other half of this industry is SEO for manufacturers.

Questions

Questions about the build.

How much does a website for a manufacturer cost?

₹2,50,000, plus GST, for a specification template and a quote request. ₹1,50,000, plus GST, only when the range is short enough that a catalogue template is not required. A portal for distributors is not included.

Can the site connect to our ERP?

Not as a live product database inside this fee. Enquiries can be passed to a CRM the company already runs. Stock and price from the ERP are a different project.

Who checks the technical pages?

The company's own people, before launch. This practice does not sign a specification.

Next

Send the site. The reply says whether this build fits.

If the business is outside manufacturers, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.

Replies usually go out within one working day.
