Websites · Car dealers

A dealer site that shows the cars in the yard.

Price, availability, and a way to ask. The cars come from the dealer, not from a portal.

Starting fee ₹2,50,000, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

A covered car in an empty showroom, the shutter closed, with no badges.
An empty showroom. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a client’s yard and not a car for sale.

The stock list is the larger site. A brochure is the small one.

Five to seven pages can say where the showroom is and how to visit. It cannot be a catalogue that changes every week. That catalogue is the larger site: templates the team fill, and a CMS so a sold car comes down without a developer.

Search after launch is SEO for car dealers. The two are sold separately.

01 The problem

Template dealer sites arrive with someone else's cars.

What is taken out.

  1. 01

Stock photography of cars the yard does not hold

A hero car the dealer cannot sell is a false advertisement. Photographs are the dealer's, or the page does not pretend.

  2. 02

A filter with nothing behind it

Fuel, budget and body style are only offered if the dealer has the cars. An empty filter is not designed in.

  3. 03

A finance calculator with invented rates

A monthly figure is published only if the lender and the dealer both state it. Otherwise the page asks the person to call.

02 The work

What is designed and built.

The marketing site and, on the larger fee, the templates for stock. Finance approval and RTO work stay with the dealer.

  1. 01

    A stock template

Model, price as stated, availability, and a photograph the dealer supplies. Sold cars are removed by the team.

  2. 02

    An enquiry

The car, a phone, buy or service. Tested into the inbox the dealer names.

  3. 03

    Redirects

Old model URLs that already receive visits are mapped.

  4. 04

    Three months of edits

Inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops.

03 The process

How a website project runs

Discovery lists the brands and whether stock will be updated weekly. If it will not, the project is the smaller site.

  1. 01

    Discovery

What the business sells, who buys it, and what an enquiry has to collect. A booking tool or a catalogue that is not in the quote is named as out of scope.

  2. 02

    Sitemap and wireframes

The pages listed on this page, and a wireframe of the enquiry path, before visual design starts.

  3. 03

    Design

A layout for those pages, from scratch. Not a template with the logo dropped on.

  4. 04

    Build

Responsive pages, a CMS a non-developer can edit, and basic technical SEO: titles, headings, speed, and schema that matches the content.

  5. 05

    Content

A draft against the brief. Prices, clinical claims, legal explanations and project facts are the client's to correct before launch.

  6. 06

    Test and launch

The form is tested into the inbox the client names. Old URLs that already receive enquiries are redirected. Three months of small edits are inside the fee.

04 The site

The dealer supplies the yard. The site does not improve the price.

On-road prices, offers and waiting periods are published only as the dealer states them. A workshop attached to the showroom can have a page. A standalone garage is the workshop site.

What the navigation contains.

The larger build is the stock. The small build stops at the showroom.

  1. 01

    Showroom

Address, brands held, and how a visit is booked.

  2. 02

    Stock

Cars the dealer enters. Absent on the ₹85,000 build.

  3. 03

    A car

One model, one price as stated, one way to ask.

  4. 04

    Contact

    Phone and a short form.

Proof

No showroom is shown as a client.

The showroom in the image was generated for this site. No dealer website is published here as a portfolio piece.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

A stock site is ₹2,50,000.

A showroom brochure, with no stock list, is ₹85,000. Ten to fifteen pages and a small CMS, still without a live yard, is ₹1,50,000.

GST on these services is 18%. Three months of management are inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.

One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.

  1. Local Presence

Five to seven pages. Where the showroom is, and how to visit. No stock list.

    ₹85,000 project fee, plus GST

A fast, credible site that ranks in the local pack and turns a phone-first visitor into a call or a booking.

    • 5–7 pages, designed from scratch — no template
    • Content plan and page-by-page copy outline, written before design starts
    • Local SEO built into the structure: service and location page architecture, LocalBusiness schema, NAP consistency
    • Google Business Profile connected and optimised
    • Lead form, click-to-call and directions on every page
    • Enquiries piped into your CRM, inbox or WhatsApp — connected and tested
    • Mobile-first build, Core Web Vitals pass
    • GA4 and Search Console configured and verified
    • 3 months of website management included — updates, backups, uptime and small edits
    What you are paying for

A site you own outright, structured so a local search can actually find it, with the content plan, the CRM connection and a quarter of management already inside the fee. No template licence, no page-builder subscription, no bill for the first small edit you ask for.

Around 3 weeks from content handover. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

  2. Growth Site

A longer site the team can add pages to. Still not a weekly yard.

    ₹1,50,000 project fee, plus GST

A site built to be added to — templates, a real CMS and an internal linking structure that can carry a content programme.

    • 10–15 pages plus a CMS-driven blog
    • Full content plan: page inventory, keyword mapping, briefs and a six-month publishing calendar you can hand to any writer
    • Reusable service, location and landing page templates
    • On-page SEO for an agreed target keyword set
    • CRM integration — HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or your own — with lead source and campaign passed through on every form
    • Conversion tracking: events, goals and form attribution
    • Speed and Core Web Vitals pass on every template
    • Content migration and 301 mapping from the existing site
    • 3 months of website management included, then 30 days of post-launch support on top
    What you are paying for

Templates your team can publish against without a developer, a six-month content calendar to fill them, and leads landing in the CRM with their source attached. The build is the part that stops being a bottleneck — everything after launch is you adding pages, not paying for them.

Around 5–6 weeks. Includes one round of structural revision and two rounds of design revision. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

The starting fee named on this page is ₹2,50,000, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.

The same service, without this industry, is the Website development page. The other half of this industry is SEO for car dealers.

Questions

Questions about the build.

How much does a website for a car dealer cost?

₹2,50,000, plus GST, when the site has to carry stock the team updates. ₹85,000, plus GST, for a showroom site of five to seven pages with no stock list. ₹1,50,000, plus GST, sits between them. GST is extra on all three. A feed copied from a portal is not a cheaper option. It is refused.

Can the site take bookings for service as well as sales?

Yes, if this showroom services cars. The form asks which of the two the person wants. A garage that only repairs is quoted as a workshop, not as a dealer.

Will you write the prices?

A first draft of the page, corrected by the dealer before launch. The price of a car is published only as the dealer states it.

Send the site. The reply says whether this build fits.

If the business is outside car dealers, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.

Replies usually go out within one working day.
