Websites · Chartered accountants

A CA firm website that states the facts and stops.

Name, registration, the services, the partners. No fee table and no testimonial.

Starting fee ₹85,000, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

An open ledger, a calculator, a rubber stamp and box files on a desk.
A ledger and a calculator. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a firm’s office.

Five to seven pages is enough for one firm.

The rules on the SEO page for chartered accountants are why this site is short. Clause 3.3.2 does not prescribe a format, which is not the same as permission to add a fee card. The firm’s own professional fees stay off the site except for the regulator exception in clause 3.3.7.

Five to seven pages covers one firm: who it is, the services, the partners, how an engagement starts, and contact. A second office and a body of articles is the Growth Site at ₹1,50,000, plus GST. Clause 3.3.11 permits a chat and a client document login. Both are outside this build.

01 The problem

Template firm sites arrive with the wrong furniture.

What is taken out when it is there.

  1. 01

    A slider of praise

Testimonials concerning members or fees are refused by clause 3.1.3. The rebuild does not include a place for them.

  2. 02

A menu of every service a CA may sign

The site lists the work this firm does. Exclusive services are reachable by someone who asks. They are not a brochure that gets emailed.

  3. 03

    A price list

The firm’s fees are not a page. The exception is the regulator disclosure, written in the form the guideline requires, and only if the firm is actually under that requirement.

  4. 04

A form that asks for the return

The first contact is a name, a phone, and the kind of engagement. The papers come later, and not through a public form.

02 The work

What is designed and built.

The local build. Audit opinions, returns, and a document portal are not included.

  1. 01

    Pages of particulars

Firm, services, partners. Facts the firm supplies, including membership numbers where the firm wants them shown.

  2. 02

    A short enquiry

Tested into the inbox the firm names. It does not ask for the full return.

  3. 03

    Photographs, narrowly

Passport-style photographs of people associated with the firm, if the firm provides them. Not a gallery that functions as an advertisement.

  4. 04

    Redirects

Old URLs that already receive clients are mapped. They are not discarded with the old design.

  5. 05

    Three months of edits

Inside the fee. After that, care is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops.

03 The process

How a website project runs

Copy is blocked until the firm has said which services it offers, which are exclusively reserved, and which particulars it will stand behind.

  1. 01

    Discovery

What the business sells, who buys it, and what an enquiry has to collect. A booking tool or a catalogue that is not in the quote is named as out of scope.

  2. 02

    Sitemap and wireframes

The pages listed on this page, and a wireframe of the enquiry path, before visual design starts.

  3. 03

    Design

A layout for those pages, from scratch. Not a template with the logo dropped on.

  4. 04

    Build

Responsive pages, a CMS a non-developer can edit, and basic technical SEO: titles, headings, speed, and schema that matches the content.

  5. 05

    Content

A draft against the brief. Prices, clinical claims, legal explanations and project facts are the client's to correct before launch.

  6. 06

    Test and launch

The form is tested into the inbox the client names. Old URLs that already receive enquiries are redirected. Three months of small edits are inside the fee.

04 The site

The Institute does not approve the write-up. The firm still has to.

Clause 3.1.1 says the Institute will neither approve a proposed write-up nor own responsibility for it. Drafts are corrected by the firm before they go live. Nothing on the site is presented as advice from Shruti Parashar, and nothing is presented as an Institute endorsement.

Being found after launch is SEO for chartered accountants. The build and the retainer are sold separately.

What the navigation contains.

One firm. A library of articles is a larger fee.

  1. 01

    Home

The firm’s name and the work it does. No catch line.

  2. 02

    Services

The nature of the services. Exclusive services available on request.

  3. 03

    Partners

The people, with the particulars the firm supplies.

  4. 04

    Starting an engagement

What the first note should contain.

  5. 05

    Contact

Phone, email, and the addresses registered with the Institute, as the firm states them.

Proof

No firm site is shown as a client.

The desk image was generated for this site. It is not an office of a client and not an office of this practice. No CA-firm website is published here as a portfolio piece, because none has been cleared.

When a project is shown later, it will be the firm’s own pages, with permission, and without a testimonial or a fee.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

A small firm site is ₹85,000.

More offices, or a body of articles, moves it to ₹1,50,000.

GST on these services is 18%. Three months of management are inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.

One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.

  1. Growth Site

More than one office, or articles the firm will maintain.

    ₹1,50,000 project fee, plus GST

A site built to be added to — templates, a real CMS and an internal linking structure that can carry a content programme.

    • 10–15 pages plus a CMS-driven blog
    • Full content plan: page inventory, keyword mapping, briefs and a six-month publishing calendar you can hand to any writer
    • Reusable service, location and landing page templates
    • On-page SEO for an agreed target keyword set
    • CRM integration — HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or your own — with lead source and campaign passed through on every form
    • Conversion tracking: events, goals and form attribution
    • Speed and Core Web Vitals pass on every template
    • Content migration and 301 mapping from the existing site
    • 3 months of website management included, then 30 days of post-launch support on top
    What you are paying for

Templates your team can publish against without a developer, a six-month content calendar to fill them, and leads landing in the CRM with their source attached. The build is the part that stops being a bottleneck — everything after launch is you adding pages, not paying for them.

Around 5–6 weeks. Includes one round of structural revision and two rounds of design revision. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

  2. Larger site

A network site. Quoted from the page count, not assumed.

    ₹2,50,000 project fee, plus GST

A larger site: a design system, templates for a catalogue or a long content programme, and enquiries that land in the CRM with their source attached.

    • 20+ pages on a documented design system
    • Content strategy for the whole site: cluster map, page inventory, briefs and a twelve-month publishing calendar
    • Templates for service, catalogue, comparison and location pages, ready for the team to fill
    • A CMS so the business can publish without a developer
    • CRM integration — Zoho, HubSpot, or the system the business already runs — with the source attached to every enquiry
    • The enquiry path instrumented end to end, including the pages that should produce a conversation
    • Full migration with redirect mapping and rank protection
    • 3 months of website management included, then 60 days of post-launch support on top
    What you are paying for

A documented design system, templates the team can publish against, and a migration that maps the old URLs. The fee above is the fixed project fee for this scope.

8–12 weeks depending on page count and integrations. Scope is fixed in writing before the first invoice. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

The starting fee named on this page is ₹85,000, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.

The same service, without this industry, is the Website development page. The other half of this industry is SEO for chartered accountants.

Questions

Questions about the build.

How much does a website for a CA firm cost?

₹85,000, plus GST, for five to seven pages: the firm, the services it actually offers, the partners, and a short enquiry. A larger firm site is ₹1,50,000, plus GST. GST is extra on both. Domain and hosting are billed at cost. A client document login is not included.

Can the site include a client login for documents?

Not in this fee. The Institute’s guideline permits a document-management login with its own password, and it permits chat, provided confidentiality is observed. Both are a separate quote. The local site is a public site of particulars.

Will you add Google reviews to the homepage?

No. Testimonials and endorsements concerning members or the fees charged are refused. The site does not invent a rating, and the page schema does not include a review.
