The problem

Most businesses don’t need more traffic. They need the right traffic.

A shop counter at evening, with a service bell, a closed ledger and the shutter half raised.
A shop counter, waiting. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not an office of this practice.

Search traffic is only worth what it converts into. A thousand visitors with no intention of buying costs you hosting and hope.

The traffic that matters comes from people who have the problem you solve, the intent to act on it, and a reason to trust you when they arrive. Everything below is built around finding those searches first, and only then working out how to win them.

  • They have the problem you solve
  • They are close to a decision
  • They can afford what it costs
  • They find a reason to trust you when they land
01 What you can expect

What an engagement actually gives you.

Not a promise of a percentage. Four things that are true from the first week, and that you can hold the work to.

  1. 01

    Clarity

Know exactly where your organic growth comes from today, which searches are producing it, and which of them a competitor could take from you.

  2. 02

    Priorities

Stop spending budget on SEO work that cannot move the business. The roadmap is ordered by commercial impact, not by what is easiest to report on.

  3. 03

    Execution

Strategy turned into shipped work: the technical fixes, the pages that finally answer the query, and the authority that makes them credible.

  4. 04

    Measurement

Organic performance connected to enquiries and revenue, so you can tell what the work returned rather than watching a rankings chart.

02 Philosophy

SEO should create momentum, not just rankings.

A ranking is a position on a page. Momentum is what happens when visibility, intent and business outcomes start reinforcing each other.

  1. 01

    Better visibility

Be present at the moment someone is actively looking for what you do. Not interrupting a feed. Answering a question that was already being asked.

  2. 02

    Better intent

Rankings only pay when they sit on commercial ground. We build around the searches with a decision behind them, not the ones with the largest number next to them.

  3. 03

    Better compounding

Content and authority don't reset at the start of each month. Built properly, the same work keeps returning traffic years after it was paid for.

  4. 04

    Better business

Traffic is a means. The work is measured against enquiries, pipeline and revenue: the numbers your board actually asks about.

About

A different way to think about SEO.

I’m Shruti Parashar. I work on search the way a strategist works on a business, starting with what you sell, who buys it, and what they type when they are close to deciding.

Most SEO advice starts with a tool. Mine starts with a commercial question: where does demand already exist, and what would have to be true for you to own that ground?

The work itself is unglamorous. Fixing what search engines cannot read. Writing the page that finally answers the query properly. Earning the citations that make a site credible. Done consistently, it compounds, which is the whole point.

03 Research

Numbers worth citing, traced to source.

Every statistic published here is graded on where it came from, when it was collected, who it measured and how. Many of the source studies measure the United States. They stay, labelled as such. They are not rewritten into Indian figures. That is 275 graded figures across 24 research pages, and the grading method is published alongside them.

The guides turn that evidence into sequence. The place to start is the complete local SEO guide, or the full archive.

04 Services

SEO, a website, or both.

Most businesses that ask for SEO also need the site fixed, and the businesses that ask for a website need it to be findable. One person does both. Paid social is there when the enquiry has to start before organic has had time to move.

Expertise

From technical foundations to content and authority, every part of SEO has to work together.

These aren't separate services stacked on an invoice. They are the parts of one system, and a weakness in any of them caps what the rest can achieve.

  • Technical SEO Crawling, indexing, rendering, architecture
  • Content Strategy Clusters, briefs, editorial direction
  • Keyword Research Demand mapping and opportunity scoring
  • Search Intent Matching pages to the decision behind a query
  • Internal Linking Moving authority to pages that earn
  • Local SEO Profiles, local packs, multi-location structure
  • Ecommerce SEO Taxonomy, facets, catalogue at scale
  • Digital PR Coverage and citations worth having
  • Analytics Attribution that survives a finance review
  • Conversion Optimisation Turning the traffic you already have
06 Process

How the work runs.

Six stages. The first three decide whether the last three are worth doing.

  1. 01

    Discover

The business before the website. What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, and what the market around you already looks like in search.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Where the growth is currently leaking: technical foundations, content that misses intent, authority you don't yet have, measurement that can't prove anything.

  3. 03

    Strategise

A prioritised roadmap. What gets built, in what order, by whom, and what has to be true before the next phase starts.

  4. 04

    Execute

The highest-impact work first, shipped with your team. Tickets developers can act on and briefs writers can use.

  5. 05

    Measure

Visibility, traffic and, where the tracking allows it, enquiries and revenue. Reported plainly, including the things that didn't work.

  6. 06

    Compound

Double down on what is working, retire what isn't, and keep improving the pages that already earn. This is where most of the return comes from.

07 Questions

The things people ask first.

If yours isn’t here, it is usually quicker to just ask. We answer every enquiry personally.

Ask a question
What type of businesses do you work with?

Indian businesses where customers already search before they enquire: clinics, law firms, solar companies, property firms, and other businesses that need both a website and the search work around it. The practice is based in Sonipat. It does not claim an office in every city it serves.

What does your SEO process look like?

Six stages: discover the business and its market, diagnose where growth is leaking, build a prioritised strategy, execute the highest-impact work with your team, measure it against outcomes rather than vanity metrics, and then compound what works. Each stage is on the homepage under How the work runs.

How long does SEO take?

Technical fixes can show up in weeks. Content and authority usually take three to six months to move meaningfully, and competitive positions take longer than that. Anyone promising faster is either working on a low-competition term or not telling you the whole picture. I will give you an honest timeline for your market before you commit.

Do you offer technical SEO, or only content and strategy?

Technical SEO is a core part of the practice, not an add-on. Crawl and index control, site architecture, rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data and migration planning are all in scope, and they usually come first, because content cannot outperform a site search engines struggle to read.

Do you work with in-house marketing teams?

Often, and it can be the most effective arrangement. An in-house team knows the business. The gap is usually search strategy, technical depth, and the discipline to sequence the work. I can set that sequence while your team does the delivery, or do the delivery with them.

Can you audit an SEO strategy we already have?

Yes. If you have an existing strategy, audit or agency relationship, we can review it and tell you honestly what's sound, what's missing and what we'd do differently. Sometimes the answer is that the plan is fine and the problem is execution. We'll say so.

How do you measure whether SEO is working?

Against the outcome you care about, agreed at the start. That usually means qualified enquiries or revenue from non-brand organic search, supported by leading indicators (indexation, share of visibility on target clusters, and rankings on commercial terms) so you can tell whether it's working before the revenue arrives.
