A coaching site organised by the course.
The centre, the courses it runs, and how to ask about a batch.
Starting fee ₹85,000, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.
The site is the centre, not a learning app.
Video classes, tests, and a login for students are a product. They are not this build. Search is SEO for coaching institutes.
What is designed out.
Ticker tapes of ranks.
- 01
A result with no source
It is not given a slot in the layout.
- 02
A course list copied from another institute
Only courses this centre runs.
- 03
A counselling form that asks for a fake rank predictor
The form asks which course and for a phone number.
What is designed and built.
The marketing site. Teaching stays with the institute.
- 01
Course pages
What is taught.
- 02
An enquiry
Course, phone, preferred mode if they have one.
- 03
Three months of edits
Inside the fee. Then ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops.
How a website project runs
If the institute is in fact a school or a college, the quote moves before design.
- 01
Discovery
What the business sells, who buys it, and what an enquiry has to collect. A booking tool or a catalogue that is not in the quote is named as out of scope.
- 02
Sitemap and wireframes
The pages listed on this page, and a wireframe of the enquiry path, before visual design starts.
- 03
Design
A layout for those pages, from scratch. Not a template with the logo dropped on.
- 04
Build
Responsive pages, a CMS a non-developer can edit, and basic technical SEO: titles, headings, speed, and schema that matches the content.
- 05
Content
A draft against the brief. Prices, clinical claims, legal explanations and project facts are the client's to correct before launch.
- 06
Test and launch
The form is tested into the inbox the client names. Old URLs that already receive enquiries are redirected. Three months of small edits are inside the fee.
The institute signs the academic claim.
Faculty names and results are corrected by the institute before launch.
What the navigation contains.
One centre.
- 01
Centre
Where and which exams.
- 02
Course
One course.
- 03
Enquire
Batch and phone.
Included, and refused.
No portal.
-
Courses they run
Nothing else in the menu.
-
Results only with a year
The template has a field for the year. Empty means the block is not shown.
-
No student login
Classes and tests are a different build.
No centre is shown as a client.
The classroom in the image was generated for this site. It is not a coaching centre and not a student.
Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.
One centre is ₹85,000.
Several centres on one site are ₹1,50,000, plus GST.
GST on these services is 18%. Three months of management are inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.
One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.
- Starts here

The starting fee named on this page is ₹85,000, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.
The same service, without this industry, is the Website development page. The other half of this industry is SEO for coaching.
Questions about the build.
How much does a website for a coaching institute cost?
₹85,000, plus GST, for one centre. ₹1,50,000, plus GST, for several centres. A student login and an online test series are not included.
Can the homepage show last year's results?
Yes, if the institute provides the exam, the year, and permission for any student's name or photograph. A number with no year is not designed in.
Is a school website the same fee?
A school is a different page and a different enquiry, which is admissions for a child. The fee for one school site is also ₹85,000, plus GST, but the pages are not these pages.
Send the site. The reply says whether this build fits.
If the business is outside coaching, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.
Replies usually go out within one working day.
