A website is a sales asset, not a brochure.
Built with the SEO structure, speed and conversion tracking designed in from the first wireframe.
A beautiful site nobody can find is an expensive business card.
We build sites the way search engines and buyers actually read them: structure first, then the design that carries it. The page hierarchy, the internal linking, the schema and the speed budget are decided before anything is drawn, because those are the decisions that are expensive to reverse later.
That does not mean a compromised design. It means the design brief includes the commercial job of every page — which question it answers, which search it is aimed at, and what a visitor is meant to do next.
The work itself.
Scope is agreed per engagement. This is the shape it usually takes.
- 01
Architecture and page plan
What earns its own URL, how pages relate to one another, and where internal links carry authority. Agreed and signed off before design starts.
- 02
Design and build
Custom design, no template. Built for speed on the devices your customers actually use, which for most local businesses means a mid-range phone on a mediocre connection.
- 03
SEO foundation
Clean crawlable markup, schema, canonical logic, sitemap, metadata patterns and a rendering approach that does not hide your content behind JavaScript.
- 04
Conversion paths
Forms, calls, bookings and demo requests placed where the intent actually is, tracked end to end so you can tell which pages produce enquiries.
- 05
Measurement
GA4, Search Console and conversion events configured and verified — not just installed. If it is not measured on day one, the first three months are guesswork.
- 06
Migration and redirects
For rebuilds: a full URL map and 301 plan so the rankings you already have survive the launch. This is the step most rebuilds skip and most rebuilds regret.
How we get there.
- 01
Understand the commercial job
What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth and how they decide. The site's structure follows from that, not from a page list someone inherited.
- 02
Map demand onto structure
The searches your buyers make become the page architecture. Templates are designed for the page types you will need repeatedly, so the site can grow without a redesign.
- 03
Design against the content
Real copy, real headings, real page lengths. Designing against placeholder text is how sites end up with beautiful layouts that no honest content fits into.
- 04
Build to a performance budget
Speed is a constraint agreed up front and held to, not something audited after launch when the fix has become expensive.
- 05
Launch with the redirects in place
Every old URL mapped, tested in staging, and monitored for a fortnight after go-live.
What changes.
- A site search engines can crawl, render and index without help
- Pages that load fast enough on a phone to keep the visitor you paid for
- A clear, tracked path from landing to enquiry on every page
- Templates your team can add to without needing a developer
- A rebuild that keeps the rankings you already earned
Three builds, scoped by what the site has to do.
A clinic in Delhi NCR and a business with a large catalogue need different websites, so they are quoted as different builds rather than as bigger and smaller versions of the same one.
One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.

Local Presence
Service businesses, clinics, trades, single or multi-location retail
₹85,000 project fee, plus GST
A fast, credible site that ranks in the local pack and turns a phone-first visitor into a call or a booking.
- 5–7 pages, designed from scratch — no template
- Content plan and page-by-page copy outline, written before design starts
- Local SEO built into the structure: service and location page architecture, LocalBusiness schema, NAP consistency
- Google Business Profile connected and optimised
- Lead form, click-to-call and directions on every page
- Enquiries piped into your CRM, inbox or WhatsApp — connected and tested
- Mobile-first build, Core Web Vitals pass
- GA4 and Search Console configured and verified
- 3 months of website management included — updates, backups, uptime and small edits
What you are paying forA site you own outright, structured so a local search can actually find it, with the content plan, the CRM connection and a quarter of management already inside the fee. No template licence, no page-builder subscription, no bill for the first small edit you ask for.
Around 3 weeks from content handover. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

Established SMBs and ecommerce businesses competing nationally

A site built to be added to — templates, a real CMS and an internal linking structure that can carry a content programme.
- 10–15 pages plus a CMS-driven blog
- Full content plan: page inventory, keyword mapping, briefs and a six-month publishing calendar you can hand to any writer
- Reusable service, location and landing page templates
- On-page SEO for an agreed target keyword set
- CRM integration — HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or your own — with lead source and campaign passed through on every form
- Conversion tracking: events, goals and form attribution
- Speed and Core Web Vitals pass on every template
- Content migration and 301 mapping from the existing site
- 3 months of website management included, then 30 days of post-launch support on top
What you are paying forTemplates your team can publish against without a developer, a six-month content calendar to fill them, and leads landing in the CRM with their source attached. The build is the part that stops being a bottleneck — everything after launch is you adding pages, not paying for them.

- SEO retainer From ₹40,000 A month, plus GST. The build ships with the SEO structure. Ongoing content, links and technical work are the SEO plans, not a second copy of the build fee.
- Landing page ₹35,000 One page, plus GST, on a site that already exists. A new site is a build, not a landing page.
- Discovery week ₹25,000 Plus GST. Architecture, wireframes and a written build quote. Credited in full against the project if you go ahead.
Every build includes the content plan, the CRM connection and three months of website management at no extra cost. Domain, hosting and any third-party licences are billed to you directly at cost — never marked up.
How the work runs.
The same six stages apply across every engagement. The weight given to each depends on where you are starting from.
- 01
Discover
The business before the website. What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, and what the market around you already looks like in search.
- 02
Diagnose
Where the growth is currently leaking: technical foundations, content that misses intent, authority you don't yet have, measurement that can't prove anything.
- 03
Strategise
A prioritised roadmap. What gets built, in what order, by whom, and what has to be true before the next phase starts.
- 04
Execute
The highest-impact work first, shipped with your team. Tickets developers can act on and briefs writers can use.
- 05
Measure
Visibility, traffic and, where the tracking allows it, enquiries and revenue. Reported plainly, including the things that didn't work.
- 06
Compound
Double down on what is working, retire what isn't, and keep improving the pages that already earn. This is where most of the return comes from.
The same build, argued for each business we take.
The list below is the set. Each page is a different sale, and the fee on it is a scope already published on the pricing page.
The cities with their own page.
Each city in this list has its own page. A city that is not listed does not have a URL. None of these is a branch office.
About Website Development.
What does a website cost?
Local Presence is ₹85,000, the Growth Site is ₹1,50,000, and a Larger site is ₹2,50,000. Those are project fees for the scopes written on this page, and they exclude GST. A shop, a custom application, or a page count outside the column is quoted after a look at the current site. The content plan, the enquiry routing and three months of website management are inside the published fees.
How long does it take?
Around three weeks for a local business site, five to six weeks for a growth site, and eight to twelve for a larger build. The clock starts when content is handed over, which is usually the step that decides whether a project runs to time.
What platform do you build on?
Whatever suits the job and your team's ability to maintain it. Most local and growth sites are best served by a fast, well-structured CMS build. A larger site sometimes justifies a headless setup so the team can publish without a developer. The platform is a recommendation, not a religion.
Will I lose rankings when we rebuild?
Not if the migration is done properly. Every existing URL is mapped, redirected and tested before launch, and the site is monitored for a fortnight afterwards. Rankings drop on rebuilds when this step is skipped — it is preventable, not inevitable.
Do I need SEO on top of the build?
The build includes the structural foundation: crawlability, schema, speed, architecture and on-page basics for an agreed keyword set. It does not include an ongoing content and authority programme, which is what the SEO retainer is for. A well-built site will not outrank a competitor who publishes and earns links every month.
Do you write the content?
The content plan is included in every build: the page inventory, the keyword mapping, the brief for each page and a publishing calendar to work through afterwards. Writing the finished copy is quoted separately unless it is part of an SEO retainer. Many clients write their own against the briefs, which is often better — you know the business, the brief says what the page has to do.
What happens after launch?
Three months of website management are part of the build scope: updates, backups, uptime monitoring and an allowance for small edits. What happens after that is quoted at the time, or it stops. Nothing renews without you agreeing to it.
