SEO for dentists who sell a treatment, not a listing.

One clinic. The searches patients already type. A page that can take the call when they arrive.

Starting fee ₹40,000 a month, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

A dental chair and an overhead lamp in an empty treatment room.
An empty treatment room. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a client clinic and not a result.

A treatment can fund the month. A cleaning cannot.

A routine cleaning does not fund a retainer. A treatment does. Teeth.in, in a Delhi cost guide published on 28 August 2026, estimates a single-tooth implant in Delhi at ₹28,000 to ₹1,34,000 and an all-on-4 case at ₹1,68,000 to ₹15,70,000. Those are compiled ranges, not a census of clinics. Dazzle Dental, a Mumbai clinic, publishes its own 2026 fees: a single implant from ₹35,000 including the abutment and crown, Straumann or Nobel cases at ₹70,000 to ₹1,00,000, and all-on-4 from ₹3,00,000 an arch. Mind Your Molar (Dr Apoorva Sharma, 5 October 2026) puts braces at about ₹25,000 to ₹1,09,000 and clear aligners at about ₹35,000 to ₹3,00,000, as typical ranges clinics report, not as a survey.

Interpretation: one implant or one aligner case can cover a month of this retainer, and one full-arch case can cover several. Recommendation: this engagement is for a clinic that sells those treatments. It is the wrong buy for a practice whose book is scaling and fillings.

No study of what Indian clinics actually spend on SEO, as distinct from what agencies ask, was identified in the sources reviewed on 11 October 2026. Media Officers (11 July 2026) says single-location clinic SEO in India is often quoted at ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 a month. This fee is ₹40,000 a month, inside the upper half of that quoted range. The fee is ours. It is not their package.

01 The problem

The clinic is easy to miss for the search that matters.

These are failure modes of clinic sites this practice is hired to fix. They are not a claim that every clinic site has them.

  1. 01

    Treatments share one paragraph

Implants, aligners and a root canal are different decisions. A homepage that lists them together cannot be the page a patient lands on for any one of them.

  2. 02

The profile names the wrong clinic

A Google profile still attached to a dentist who has left, or to a chain brand the clinic does not own, sends the call somewhere else.

  3. 03

The phone page cannot take a booking

Most of these searches happen on a phone. A page that ranks and then offers a PDF of treatments is where the enquiry stops.

  4. 04

    Trust is borrowed

Stock before-and-after photographs, unnamed reviews, and clinical claims the dentist has not approved make the page look finished and leave it unusable.

02 The work

What the retainer actually covers for a clinic.

The local column. A multi-branch group is a different scope, named in the fee table.

  1. 01

    Treatment pages

A URL for each treatment the clinic performs often enough to staff. The dentist corrects the clinical sentences before they are published.

  2. 02

    The Google profile

Name, categories, hours and phone matched to the website. Posts on the profile are part of the monthly work. Reviews are not invented.

  3. 03

    The website’s own SEO

Titles, internal links, speed and schema on the pages that exist. The fixes are made. They are not handed over as a PDF of recommendations.

  4. 04

    Two local pieces a month

Questions patients already ask, drafted for the dentist to correct. Not a general blog about oral health.

  5. 05

    A count of enquiries

Calls, form fills and direction requests, read on a monthly call. Positions are context. They are not the result being sold.

03 The process

How an SEO engagement runs

For a clinic, the audit starts with the treatment menu and the Google profile, not with a national keyword list.

  1. 01

    Audit

The site, the Google profile, and whether a call or a form is actually counted. The reply says if search is the wrong channel.

  2. 02

    Research

The searches that match services the business sells. Competitor pages are read for structure. Their claimed results are not treated as facts.

  3. 03

    Strategy

Which pages to publish, which to refuse, and which pricing column the scope fits. Written down before the monthly work starts.

  4. 04

    Implementation

Technical fixes, internal links, the profile, and the pages. Anything that states a professional fact is corrected by the client before it goes live.

  5. 05

    Check

Forms, the phone number, redirects from old URLs, and schema that matches the visible page. No review markup is added to invent a rating.

  6. 06

    Report

A monthly read of calls and form fills, including what did not move. The report is the work. It is not a ranking promise.

04 The search

Patients search for the thing that hurts, or the thing they have decided to buy.

A root canal, implants, aligners, a dentist near them who is open now. Each of those is a different page, written so a patient can see who does the treatment, what it costs if the clinic will say, and how to book. Areas the clinic does not perform are left off.

Found is that page and the map listing. Trusted is the dentist’s name, the clinic’s address, and photographs that are actually this clinic. Chosen is a tap-to-call or a booking a person answers. If the site itself cannot do that, the rebuild is website design for dentists, priced as a project rather than hidden inside the retainer.

The pages a clinic site needs before it needs a blog.

Five to seven URLs cover one clinic. A content programme on top of this is the larger column.

  1. 01

    Home

Which clinic, which city, and which treatments. Not a catalogue of every procedure in dentistry.

  2. 02

    One URL per treatment

Who performs it, what the clinic will say about cost, and how to book.

  3. 03

    The dentist

A named person, with the facts the clinic wants public. No inflated biography.

  4. 04

    The clinic

Hours, a map, a landmark, and the same phone number as the Google profile.

  5. 05

    Book

Tap to call, and a short form. Not a medical history pasted into a public page.

Proof

No clinic result is published here.

This practice does not yet publish a dental case study. There is no ranking, enquiry count, or revenue figure on this page, because none has been cleared for publication. The image above was generated for this site. It is not a client clinic.

What a first month contains, if the scope is agreed, is the audit, the treatment-page map, and the profile corrections the clinic approves. A testimonial will be added only when a named person agrees and the work described is real.

Dental marketing statistics sits in the research archive. Those figures measure the United States. They are not Indian patient behaviour, and they are not Indian fees.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

One clinic is the local column.

Several branches, each with its own profile and its own pages, are not this fee with a noun changed.

GST on these services is 18%. The local column has a three-month minimum. The larger columns have six. Domain tools and advertising spend are extra. A ranking is not included.

Monthly retainer, billed in advance, excluding GST. No setup fee. The number in the column is the fee for that scope. Reporting and a strategy call are included at every tier.

  1. Growth SEO

A group with more than one branch. Each branch is its own profile and its own pages.

    ₹65,000 a month, plus GST

The full discipline on one site: technical foundations, a content programme built on commercial intent, earned links, and visibility inside AI answers — one retainer instead of four line items.

    • Complete technical SEO — crawl, index, render, speed, schema
    • Keyword and intent strategy scored on commercial value, not search volume
    • 4 content pieces a month, briefed, written and edited — production included, not billed on top
    • Internal linking architecture that moves authority to the pages that make money
    • AI SEO (GEO): entity and schema work, llms.txt, AI-answer visibility tracking
    • 3–4 earned links a month through outreach and digital PR
    • Conversion rate input on the pages that already rank, so more of the traffic converts
    • Monthly reporting against enquiries and revenue — not rankings alone — plus a strategy call
    What you are paying for

48 published pieces a year, roughly 40 earned links, a technically clean site and a documented keyword strategy — all of it yours to keep. Bought separately, the content, the links and the technical work are three suppliers and three invoices; here they are one fee and one person accountable for the result.

6-month minimum — the first quarter is foundations and rarely shows in revenue.

  2. Broader SEO

Rare for a clinic. A large group that needs a content programme across cities.

    ₹95,000 a month, plus GST

A programme built around the buying decision — the comparison, the alternative and the objection pages your sales team already answers on every call.

    • Cluster architecture mapped to the buying decision, not the product taxonomy
    • 8–10 pieces a month including comparison, alternative and JTBD pages
    • Product-led content built with your team's subject expertise
    • 6–8 links a month plus a running digital PR programme
    • AI search visibility programme across ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
    • Competitor displacement: which of their pages we take, and in what order
    • Pipeline-attributed reporting — sessions to signups to qualified pipeline
    • Monthly strategy call with your growth or marketing lead
    What you are paying for

The pages your sales team already answers on every call — comparison, alternative and objection pages — built at 8–10 a month with links behind them, plus reporting that follows a session through to qualified pipeline. Content production sits inside the fee, not as a second invoice.

6-month minimum. Content production is included, not billed on top.

Questions

Questions clinics ask before they start.

How much does SEO for a dental clinic cost?

₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for one clinic on the Local + Website SEO scope: the profile, the treatment pages, the website’s own SEO, and two local pieces a month. A multi-branch group is a larger scope and a different fee. A ranking is not included, because nobody can sell one.

Will you write the medical content?

The page structure, the questions patients actually ask, and a draft the dentist can correct. Clinical claims stay with the dentist. Stock before-and-after photographs presented as this clinic’s patients are not used.

Is the US dental research on this site about Indian patients?

No. The dental marketing statistics page measures the United States, including ADA figures. It is linked so the geography is obvious. It is not evidence about Delhi patients, and it is not a basis for this fee.

How long before a clinic sees enquiries from search?

Profile and page fixes can change what shows in the map within weeks. Competitive treatment terms in Delhi NCR take longer, often more than a quarter, and sometimes they do not move. The monthly report counts calls and form fills, not a promised position.
