SEO for real estate that outlasts a single listing.
A listing expires. The page that should keep working is the firm, the area, and how a brief starts.
Starting fee ₹40,000 a month, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.
A closed deal is a different order of fee.
India has no single statutory brokerage rate in the sources reviewed on 11 October 2026. Several 2026 property guides describe residential sale commission as market practice of about 1 to 2 percent of the price, sometimes from each side, and they describe Delhi NCR inside that range. Sirfbroker (15 April 2026) illustrates 1.5 percent of an ₹80 lakh Delhi NCR flat as ₹1,20,000 before GST. That is their illustration, not an average measured for this site. Developer channel-partner rates are a separate arrangement, paid by the builder, and they vary by project.
Interpretation: one resale at that illustration covers roughly two months of this retainer. Recommendation: a working brokerage or a developer with real inventory can fund the engagement. A portal that republishes other people’s listings, with no client of its own, cannot, and is not the client.
A property site built on listings starts empty every quarter.
Why area pages outlast inventory. Not a claim that every brokerage site is built this way.
- 01
The URL dies with the flat
A listing that sells next month takes its page with it. The searches that keep producing work are the area, the kind of brief, and the firm.
- 02
Inventory that is not instructed
A copied feed of every flat in the city makes the site a duplicate of the portals, and a copyright problem.
- 03
Sector pages that only change the name
Gurugram, Noida and a list of sectors are fair game when the firm sells there and can say something specific. Identical pages are not published.
- 04
A pin where the firm does not work
The Google profile is an office people can visit or call. RERA numbers are published when the firm has one. They are not invented.
What the brokerage retainer covers.
A developer with several live projects is usually the Growth column, not this one.
- 01
Area pages
Neighbourhoods the firm sells in, with what it will and will not take, and whether it acts for the buyer, the seller, or a developer.
- 02
Listings that are real, and temporary
Instructed properties can sit on the area page. They are removed when the instruction ends.
- 03
The profile
The office, the phone, and categories that match the work. Reviews are not written by this practice.
- 04
The website’s own SEO
Titles, internal links, and the pages that should start a brief. A search box that returns nothing is not a tactic.
- 05
Enquiry reporting
Briefs started, not a count of portal views. No lead total is promised.
How an SEO engagement runs
Research refuses a sector the firm cannot describe. A developer’s project pages are scoped separately before any of them are written.
- 01
Audit
The site, the Google profile, and whether a call or a form is actually counted. The reply says if search is the wrong channel.
- 02
Research
The searches that match services the business sells. Competitor pages are read for structure. Their claimed results are not treated as facts.
- 03
Strategy
Which pages to publish, which to refuse, and which pricing column the scope fits. Written down before the monthly work starts.
- 04
Implementation
Technical fixes, internal links, the profile, and the pages. Anything that states a professional fact is corrected by the client before it goes live.
- 05
Check
Forms, the phone number, redirects from old URLs, and schema that matches the visible page. No review markup is added to invent a rating.
- 06
Report
A monthly read of calls and form fills, including what did not move. The report is the work. It is not a ranking promise.
A developer is not a brokerage with a different logo.
A small brokerage is this retainer and, if the site is the problem, the real estate website at ₹85,000, plus GST. A developer with projects, unit types and a channel-partner story has too many pages for that column. That is Growth SEO at ₹65,000 a month, plus GST, and the larger website build. The two are not the same engagement.
The US buyer survey linked from this page is labelled as American. It is not used as a claim about how Delhi NCR buyers choose an agent.
Pages that still exist after a flat is sold.
Agents do not get a second URL. This is the page for brokerages and for developers.
- 01
The firm
Who it acts for, and how it is paid.
- 02
Area
A neighbourhood the firm works, with something specific to say.
- 03
People
Who a client will meet.
- 04
A live instruction
Optional, on the area page, taken down when it ends.
- 05
Start a brief
Buy, sell or rent, a budget, and a phone number.
Content that survives the quarter.
No volume column. Area pages are justified by the firm’s work, not by a keyword export.
Example pages, and the search they can answer. No traffic forecast.
| Page | Purpose | Search intent |
|---|---|---|
| Area page | Be the page for a neighbourhood the firm sells in. | Commercial and local. The person is starting a brief, not browsing a portal. |
| Buyer or seller guide | How the firm is paid and what it will not take. | Trust, before an enquiry. |
| Project page | For a developer: one live project, with facts the developer supplies. | Commercial. A site visit, not a brochure download. |
| Person | The agent a client will actually meet. | Navigational, once there is a name. |
No brokerage result is published here.
There is no client brokerage, no lead multiple, and no ranking on this page. The house image was generated for this site. It is not a listing.
Sirfbroker’s ₹1,20,000 illustration is their arithmetic on an ₹80 lakh flat, not a result this practice produced. A testimonial, if one is added later, will be a named person describing the work, with permission.
Real estate lead statistics sits in the research archive. That page is the US National Association of Realtors survey. It is not Indian buyer behaviour.
Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.
A brokerage is ₹40,000 a month.
A developer with several projects is the Growth column. The fee is not a share of brokerage.
GST on these services is 18%. The local column has a three-month minimum. The larger columns have six. Domain tools and advertising spend are extra. A ranking is not included.
Monthly retainer, billed in advance, excluding GST. No setup fee. The number in the column is the fee for that scope. Reporting and a strategy call are included at every tier.

Local + Website SEO
One brokerage. Area pages, the profile, and the website’s own SEO.
₹40,000 a month, plus GST
Own the searches happening within a few miles of you — the map pack, the service pages and the reviews that decide the click — with the website's own SEO fixed on the same retainer rather than quoted as a second one.
- Website SEO included: technical crawl, speed, schema, titles and internal linking — the fixes made, not handed over as a report
- Google Business Profile optimisation and weekly posts
- Citation audit, cleanup and ongoing consistency across the directories that matter
- Review generation system and response templates your team can run
- Location and service page build-out — written, published and interlinked
- Map-pack rank tracking by grid, so you can see the streets you win and the ones you do not
- 2 locally-targeted content pieces a month
- Monthly report counting calls, form fills and direction requests, plus a strategy call to read it with you
What you are paying forA local footprint that is actually clean — profile, citations, reviews — and a page for every service and area you sell to. The website SEO sits inside this fee, so the technical work an audit would flag is done rather than quoted. You keep the pages and the profile whether or not the retainer continues.
3-month minimum. Further locations are scoped on the same terms, not copied in as a flat extra.

A developer, or a firm with enough areas that the local column cannot maintain them.

The starting fee named on this page is ₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.
The same service, without this industry, is the SEO page. The other half of this industry is Website design for real estate.
Questions firms ask.
How much does SEO for a real estate business cost?
₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for one brokerage on the Local + Website SEO scope: the profile, the area pages, and the website’s own SEO. A developer with multiple projects is usually Growth SEO at ₹65,000 a month, plus GST. The fee is not a share of brokerage.
Will you publish every listing in the city?
No. Pages cover areas the firm works, and only the properties the firm is actually instructed on. Expired listings come down. A scraped copy of a portal is refused.
Do you create pages for Gurugram, Noida and every sector?
A sector page is published when the firm sells there and can say something specific about it. Identical pages that differ by the sector name are not published. Agents are covered on this page. They do not get a separate URL.
Is the NAR data on this site about Indian buyers?
No. The real estate lead statistics page is a US National Association of Realtors survey. It stays labelled that way. It is not evidence for Delhi NCR, and it is not an input to this fee.
Send the site. The reply says whether this retainer fits.
If the business is outside real estate, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.
Replies usually go out within one working day.
