A school site that explains how to apply.
Board, ages, and the office. A parent can tell if this is the right school before they call.
Starting fee ₹85,000, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.
Five to seven pages can do admissions. They cannot run the school.
Attendance, homework and fee collection are operations. They are not this build. Search is SEO for schools.
What is left out of the design.
A crest, a drone shot, and no age range.
- 01
Stock children
Photographs of pupils are the school's, with the consent they already require. Stock children are not labelled as students.
- 02
A fee figure from another school
Fees are published only as this school states them.
- 03
A results ticker
Board results need a year and the school's own record.
What is designed and built.
The public site. The classroom stays with the school.
- 01
Admissions pages
Who the school is for, and how to apply.
- 02
An enquiry
Class or age, and a phone. Tested into the office inbox.
- 03
Three months of edits
Inside the fee. Then ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops.
How a website project runs
If the client wants a management system, that is said before design, and it is not quoted as ₹85,000.
- 01
Discovery
What the business sells, who buys it, and what an enquiry has to collect. A booking tool or a catalogue that is not in the quote is named as out of scope.
- 02
Sitemap and wireframes
The pages listed on this page, and a wireframe of the enquiry path, before visual design starts.
- 03
Design
A layout for those pages, from scratch. Not a template with the logo dropped on.
- 04
Build
Responsive pages, a CMS a non-developer can edit, and basic technical SEO: titles, headings, speed, and schema that matches the content.
- 05
Content
A draft against the brief. Prices, clinical claims, legal explanations and project facts are the client's to correct before launch.
- 06
Test and launch
The form is tested into the inbox the client names. Old URLs that already receive enquiries are redirected. Three months of small edits are inside the fee.
The school signs every claim about children.
Nothing is presented as an education outcome this practice produced.
What the navigation contains.
One school.
- 01
School
Board, city, ages.
- 02
Stages
The classes it runs.
- 03
Admissions
How to apply. No promise of a seat.
Included, and refused.
No ERP.
-
Admissions in plain language
Age, board, and the next step.
-
No seat counter
Nothing on the site says a place is guaranteed.
-
No parent login
Fees and homework are not this site.
No school is shown as a client.
The corridor in the image was generated for this site. It is not a classroom and not a pupil.
Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.
One school is ₹85,000.
A trust with several schools on one template is ₹1,50,000, plus GST, or the larger fee if the page count demands it.
GST on these services is 18%. Three months of management are inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.
One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.

The starting fee named on this page is ₹85,000, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.
The same service, without this industry, is the Website development page. The other half of this industry is SEO for schools.
Questions about the build.
How much does a website for a school cost?
₹85,000, plus GST, for one school. Several schools in one trust are ₹1,50,000, plus GST, or ₹2,50,000, plus GST, when the page count is larger. A parent app and fee payment are not included.
Can we publish the fee structure?
Yes, as the school states it, including what is extra. A fee copied from another school is not used.
Will you photograph the children?
No. The school supplies photographs it already has permission to publish. This practice does not commission photographs of pupils as part of the fee.
Send the site. The reply says whether this build fits.
If the business is outside schools, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.
Replies usually go out within one working day.
