Websites · Ecommerce and D2C

A brand site in front of a shop, not a new till.

Categories that explain the choice. The cart they already have keeps the payment.

Starting fee ₹1,50,000, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

A packing table with an open box, a tape dispenser, a blank label and a dark phone.
A packing table. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a shop and not a catalogue.

The published Growth Site already names ecommerce. The larger site is the catalogue.

Ten to fifteen pages and a CMS fit a brand that needs the story and the main categories. Hundreds of products need templates, which is the ₹2,50,000 scope. Neither number is a new Shopify build. Search is SEO for ecommerce and D2C.

01 The problem

What is refused.

A theme with a hero and no category.

  1. 01

    A checkout designed from scratch

Payments and tax on an order are the platform they already pay for.

  2. 02

    Filters with no indexation rule

The build writes down which URLs may be indexed. It does not leave that to the theme.

  3. 03

    A promise about conversion

No rate is invented to sell the project.

02 The work

What is designed and built.

The front of the shop. Merchandising stays with the brand.

  1. 01

    Category templates

    Guidance, then the products.

  2. 02

A path to the existing cart

The button goes to their shop. It does not become a second till.

  3. 03

    Three months of edits

Inside the fee. Then ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops.

03 The process

How a website project runs

Discovery asks where the cart lives today. If there is no shop and they want one built, that is outside these three fees and the reply says so.

  1. 01

    Discovery

What the business sells, who buys it, and what an enquiry has to collect. A booking tool or a catalogue that is not in the quote is named as out of scope.

  2. 02

    Sitemap and wireframes

The pages listed on this page, and a wireframe of the enquiry path, before visual design starts.

  3. 03

    Design

A layout for those pages, from scratch. Not a template with the logo dropped on.

  4. 04

    Build

Responsive pages, a CMS a non-developer can edit, and basic technical SEO: titles, headings, speed, and schema that matches the content.

  5. 05

    Content

A draft against the brief. Prices, clinical claims, legal explanations and project facts are the client's to correct before launch.

  6. 06

    Test and launch

The form is tested into the inbox the client names. Old URLs that already receive enquiries are redirected. Three months of small edits are inside the fee.

04 The site

The brand owns the product fact.

Materials, sizes and prices are corrected by the brand before launch. A software company is a different site.

What the navigation contains.

The brand and the categories. The SKU count decides the fee.

  1. 01

    Brand

What is sold, and by whom.

  2. 02

    Category

    How to choose.

  3. 03

    Product

On the larger build, a template. On the smaller one, only the lines that fit the page count.

Proof

No shop is shown as a client.

The packing table in the image was generated for this site. It is not a storefront.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

A brand site starts at ₹1,50,000.

A catalogue template is ₹2,50,000, plus GST. Five to seven pages are the wrong shape for a store.

GST on these services is 18%. Three months of management are inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.

One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.

  1. Local Presence

Not a store. A local services site is a different page.

    ₹85,000 project fee, plus GST

A fast, credible site that ranks in the local pack and turns a phone-first visitor into a call or a booking.

    • 5–7 pages, designed from scratch — no template
    • Content plan and page-by-page copy outline, written before design starts
    • Local SEO built into the structure: service and location page architecture, LocalBusiness schema, NAP consistency
    • Google Business Profile connected and optimised
    • Lead form, click-to-call and directions on every page
    • Enquiries piped into your CRM, inbox or WhatsApp — connected and tested
    • Mobile-first build, Core Web Vitals pass
    • GA4 and Search Console configured and verified
    • 3 months of website management included — updates, backups, uptime and small edits
    What you are paying for

A site you own outright, structured so a local search can actually find it, with the content plan, the CRM connection and a quarter of management already inside the fee. No template licence, no page-builder subscription, no bill for the first small edit you ask for.

Around 3 weeks from content handover. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

  2. Larger site

A catalogue the team can fill. Still not a new checkout.

    ₹2,50,000 project fee, plus GST

A larger site: a design system, templates for a catalogue or a long content programme, and enquiries that land in the CRM with their source attached.

    • 20+ pages on a documented design system
    • Content strategy for the whole site: cluster map, page inventory, briefs and a twelve-month publishing calendar
    • Templates for service, catalogue, comparison and location pages, ready for the team to fill
    • A CMS so the business can publish without a developer
    • CRM integration — Zoho, HubSpot, or the system the business already runs — with the source attached to every enquiry
    • The enquiry path instrumented end to end, including the pages that should produce a conversation
    • Full migration with redirect mapping and rank protection
    • 3 months of website management included, then 60 days of post-launch support on top
    What you are paying for

A documented design system, templates the team can publish against, and a migration that maps the old URLs. The fee above is the fixed project fee for this scope.

8–12 weeks depending on page count and integrations. Scope is fixed in writing before the first invoice. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

The same service, without this industry, is the Website development page. The other half of this industry is SEO for ecommerce and d2c.

Questions

Questions about the build.

How much does a website for an ecommerce or D2C brand cost?

₹1,50,000, plus GST, for the brand site and its main categories, in front of a shop that already exists. ₹2,50,000, plus GST, when the products need a template the team will keep filling. Checkout and payments are not included. D2C is this page, not a second one.

Can you move us off our current shop platform?

Not inside these fees. The build can sit in front of the platform and send a buyer into it. Replacing the platform is a different project and is not given a price here.

Will you write every product description?

A template and a first draft of the categories, corrected by the brand. Hundreds of SKUs are filled by the brand's team against that template on the larger fee. They are not all written by hand inside the project.
