One programme, not seven suppliers.
Technical, content, local, links and AI search visibility — sequenced so each one pays for the next.
Most businesses don’t need more traffic. They need the right traffic.
SEO is not seven services. It is one system with several dependencies: search engines have to be able to read the site, the pages have to answer the query better than what already ranks, other sites have to find them worth citing, and increasingly the AI answer engines have to be able to quote you.
Break any one of those and the others stop paying. So the work is sequenced by dependency — foundations, then intent, then content, then authority — and the plan you choose determines how much ground the programme covers, not which disciplines you get.
The work itself.
Scope is agreed per engagement. This is the shape it usually takes.
- 01
Technical SEO
Crawl, index, render, speed and schema. Whether search engines can actually reach and understand your pages, which is the constraint on everything downstream.
- 02
Strategy and demand mapping
The full landscape of how people search around your category, scored on commercial value and competitive difficulty, then sequenced so the highest-leverage pages get built first.
- 03
Content built on intent
Briefed, written and edited pages aimed at the searches that precede a purchase — the comparisons, the alternatives, the objections and the questions your sales team answers on every call.
- 04
Local SEO
Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and a location and service page structure that wins the map pack. Included on the Local plan and available on any plan for a business with a physical catchment.
- 05
Link building and digital PR
Earned citations from sites with real audiences, through outreach, expert commentary and assets worth linking to. No networks, no paid placements, no directories bought by the hundred.
- 06
AI SEO (GEO)
Entity and schema work, llms.txt, and the citable page structure that gets a brand quoted inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews — plus tracking of where you actually appear today.
- 07
Reporting against the business
Enquiries, qualified leads and revenue where the data exists, with rankings and sessions as diagnostics rather than as the headline.
How we get there.
- 01
Audit before opinion
A full crawl, index and render analysis first, because half of what looks like a content problem is a technical one and the fix is cheaper.
- 02
Map the demand that already exists
Every way people search around your category, split by intent, scored on what it is worth to you rather than on volume.
- 03
Fix the foundations
Indexation, rendering, speed, internal linking and schema. Nothing built on top of a broken foundation compounds.
- 04
Publish against the buying decision
Commercial-intent pages first — the ones closest to revenue — then the supporting content that makes them credible.
- 05
Earn authority
Outreach and digital PR on the assets worth citing, aimed at the pages that need the authority rather than at the homepage.
- 06
Measure, report, re-sequence
Monthly, against enquiries. The roadmap moves when the data says it should, not when a quarter ends.
What changes.
- Visibility on the searches that happen just before a buying decision
- A site that search engines can fully crawl, render and index
- Content that answers the query properly instead of ranking briefly
- Citations from sites with audiences, not from link networks
- Presence inside AI answers where your buyers now ask their questions
- Reporting you can take to a board without translating it first
Three retainers, scoped by the ground you have to win.
Ranking in one city is a different problem from displacing an established competitor in a national category. The plans are sized to the problem rather than to a number of keywords.
Monthly retainer, billed in advance, excluding GST. No setup fee. The number in the column is the fee for that scope. Reporting and a strategy call are included at every tier.

Local + Website SEO
Single and multi-location businesses that win or lose in the map pack
₹40,000 a month, plus GST
Own the searches happening within a few miles of you — the map pack, the service pages and the reviews that decide the click — with the website's own SEO fixed on the same retainer rather than quoted as a second one.
- Website SEO included: technical crawl, speed, schema, titles and internal linking — the fixes made, not handed over as a report
- Google Business Profile optimisation and weekly posts
- Citation audit, cleanup and ongoing consistency across the directories that matter
- Review generation system and response templates your team can run
- Location and service page build-out — written, published and interlinked
- Map-pack rank tracking by grid, so you can see the streets you win and the ones you do not
- 2 locally-targeted content pieces a month
- Monthly report counting calls, form fills and direction requests, plus a strategy call to read it with you
What you are paying forA local footprint that is actually clean — profile, citations, reviews — and a page for every service and area you sell to. The website SEO sits inside this fee, so the technical work an audit would flag is done rather than quoted. You keep the pages and the profile whether or not the retainer continues.
3-month minimum. Further locations are scoped on the same terms, not copied in as a flat extra.

Growth SEO
SMBs and ecommerce competing nationally on non-brand search
₹65,000 a month, plus GST
The full discipline on one site: technical foundations, a content programme built on commercial intent, earned links, and visibility inside AI answers — one retainer instead of four line items.
- Complete technical SEO — crawl, index, render, speed, schema
- Keyword and intent strategy scored on commercial value, not search volume
- 4 content pieces a month, briefed, written and edited — production included, not billed on top
- Internal linking architecture that moves authority to the pages that make money
- AI SEO (GEO): entity and schema work, llms.txt, AI-answer visibility tracking
- 3–4 earned links a month through outreach and digital PR
- Conversion rate input on the pages that already rank, so more of the traffic converts
- Monthly reporting against enquiries and revenue — not rankings alone — plus a strategy call
What you are paying for48 published pieces a year, roughly 40 earned links, a technically clean site and a documented keyword strategy — all of it yours to keep. Bought separately, the content, the links and the technical work are three suppliers and three invoices; here they are one fee and one person accountable for the result.
6-month minimum — the first quarter is foundations and rarely shows in revenue.

- Technical SEO audit ₹55,000 Plus GST. For a local or small business site: a full crawl, render and index analysis with a prioritised fix list. Credited in full against the first month of a retainer. A large catalogue is a different audit.
- Link-building sprint ₹55,000 A month, plus GST. Standalone outreach and digital PR, 4–6 earned placements. Runs alongside any plan or on its own.
- AI visibility (GEO) audit ₹35,000 Plus GST. Where the brand appears, and does not, across AI answer engines, and what to change. This is this practice's fee for that audit.
SEO compounds and it is slow. Anyone quoting a ranking guarantee or a date is guessing. What is guaranteed here is the work, the reporting and an honest read of whether it is going in the right direction.
How the work runs.
The same six stages apply across every engagement. The weight given to each depends on where you are starting from.
- 01
Discover
The business before the website. What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, and what the market around you already looks like in search.
- 02
Diagnose
Where the growth is currently leaking: technical foundations, content that misses intent, authority you don't yet have, measurement that can't prove anything.
- 03
Strategise
A prioritised roadmap. What gets built, in what order, by whom, and what has to be true before the next phase starts.
- 04
Execute
The highest-impact work first, shipped with your team. Tickets developers can act on and briefs writers can use.
- 05
Measure
Visibility, traffic and, where the tracking allows it, enquiries and revenue. Reported plainly, including the things that didn't work.
- 06
Compound
Double down on what is working, retire what isn't, and keep improving the pages that already earn. This is where most of the return comes from.
The same SEO, argued for each business we take.
The list below is the set. Each page is a different sale, and the fee on it is a scope already published on the pricing page.
The cities with their own page.
Each city in this list has its own page. A city that is not listed does not have a URL. None of these is a branch office.
About SEO.
How much does SEO cost?
Local + Website SEO is ₹40,000 a month, Growth SEO is ₹65,000 a month, and Broader SEO is ₹95,000 a month, plus GST. Each fee is for the scope written in that column. A second city, a large catalogue, or more content than the plan includes is quoted separately. A one-off audit of a small site is ₹55,000, plus GST, and is credited against the first month if the retainer goes ahead.
How long before it works?
Technical fixes can move things in weeks. Content and authority compound over quarters. Expect the first quarter to be foundations and early publishing with little revenue impact, meaningful movement in months four to six, and compounding after that. Anyone giving you a date is guessing.
What is AI SEO, and do I need it?
AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews — increasingly answer the questions people used to type into a search box, and they cite sources. AI SEO, or GEO, is the work of being one of those sources: clean entity and schema data, a citable page structure, and access for AI crawlers. It is included from the Growth plan up, and it is not a replacement for SEO — the same foundations feed both.
Can I buy just link building?
Yes, as a standalone sprint, quoted in rupees after a look at the pages the links would point at. Links pointed at pages that do not deserve to rank are an expensive way to waste a budget, so if the foundations or the content are the real problem that is said before the sprint is taken on.
Is there a contract?
Three months on the local engagement and six months on the broader programmes. Not to lock anyone in. The first quarter of an SEO programme is foundation work that has not had time to show in enquiries yet, and stopping there means paying for the setup and leaving the return.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody controls the algorithm, the competitive set or what Google ships next quarter. What is guaranteed is the work, the reporting, and an honest read on whether it is going in the right direction — including when the answer is that it is not.
Do you work with agencies or in-house teams?
Yes. Some engagements are strategy and direction for a team that can execute, others are full delivery. The plans on this page assume delivery; advisory arrangements are scoped separately.
