An architect’s site of buildings that were instructed.

Projects the practice supplies, labelled as built only when they were built.

Starting fee ₹85,000, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

A printed floor plan, a scale ruler and a white massing model on a drafting table.
A drawing table. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a practice’s drawings and not a built project.

The local build is a practice site, not an archive.

The Council scale on the SEO page for architects is why a practice instructed on a real building can fund a site. The same reader who commissions a house will notice a rendering presented as the finished thing.

Five to seven pages covers the practice, a few building types, a short set of projects, the people, and a brief. A large project library is ₹1,50,000, plus GST. Interior architecture at 7.5 percent on the Council’s page is an architect’s engagement. A studio that is not an architect is quoted on the interior studio site, not by copying that percentage across.

01 The problem

Portfolio themes hide the instruction.

What a rebuild refuses to repeat.

  1. 01

A full-bleed grid and no facts

The picture is not the page. The page says what the building was, where it is, and whether it was built.

  2. 02

    Every typology in the menu

Types the practice does not take are left out. They are not kept to make the navigation look complete.

  3. 03

    Awards as decoration

If the practice cannot point at the award, it is not in the header.

  4. 04

A brief that asks for nothing

Name and email, with no building type and no site, produces a conversation that cannot start.

02 The work

What is designed and built.

The local build. Planning applications, working drawings, and site supervision are the practice’s, not this fee.

  1. 01

    A project template

One structure the practice can fill: type, location, year, built or unbuilt, and a short account in the practice’s words.

  2. 02

    Pages by commission

Houses, housing, or other work, only where the practice has the instructions.

  3. 03

    A brief form

Building type, a rough site, a phone. Tested into the practice’s inbox.

  4. 04

    Redirects

Old project URLs that already receive visitors are mapped.

  5. 05

    Three months of edits

Inside the fee. After that, care is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops.

03 The process

How a website project runs

Discovery lists the building types and the projects before a wireframe exists. A type with no project is not designed as a page.

  1. 01

    Discovery

What the business sells, who buys it, and what an enquiry has to collect. A booking tool or a catalogue that is not in the quote is named as out of scope.

  2. 02

    Sitemap and wireframes

The pages listed on this page, and a wireframe of the enquiry path, before visual design starts.

  3. 03

    Design

A layout for those pages, from scratch. Not a template with the logo dropped on.

  4. 04

    Build

Responsive pages, a CMS a non-developer can edit, and basic technical SEO: titles, headings, speed, and schema that matches the content.

  5. 05

    Content

A draft against the brief. Prices, clinical claims, legal explanations and project facts are the client's to correct before launch.

  6. 06

    Test and launch

The form is tested into the inbox the client names. Old URLs that already receive enquiries are redirected. Three months of small edits are inside the fee.

04 The site

The architect supplies the record. The site does not improve it.

Registration, awards and project facts are corrected by the practice before launch. A drawing is not relabelled as a photograph of a finished building to make the homepage heavier.

Search after launch is SEO for architects. The website makes the pages. The retainer keeps a building-type page current when the year’s instructions change. They are sold separately.

What the navigation contains.

A small practice. A large project set is a larger fee.

  1. 01

    Home

The practice and the kinds of building it takes.

  2. 02

    Building type

One commission, and what sits outside it.

  3. 03

    Project

The record. Built or unbuilt is part of the record.

  4. 04

    People

    Who the client meets.

  5. 05

    Start a brief

    Type, site, phone.

Proof

No project is shown as a client’s.

The drawing in the image was generated for this site. It is not a set of this practice’s drawings and not a built building. No architecture project is published here as a portfolio piece.

When one is shown later, it will be the practice’s own record, with permission, and it will say whether the building was finished.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

A small practice site is ₹85,000.

A large project library moves it to ₹1,50,000.

GST on these services is 18%. Three months of management are inside the fee. Care after that is ₹12,000 a month, plus GST, or it stops. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.

One-time project fee, excluding GST. Billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. The number in the column is the fee for that scope.

  1. Growth Site

A project library the practice will keep adding to.

    ₹1,50,000 project fee, plus GST

A site built to be added to — templates, a real CMS and an internal linking structure that can carry a content programme.

    • 10–15 pages plus a CMS-driven blog
    • Full content plan: page inventory, keyword mapping, briefs and a six-month publishing calendar you can hand to any writer
    • Reusable service, location and landing page templates
    • On-page SEO for an agreed target keyword set
    • CRM integration — HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or your own — with lead source and campaign passed through on every form
    • Conversion tracking: events, goals and form attribution
    • Speed and Core Web Vitals pass on every template
    • Content migration and 301 mapping from the existing site
    • 3 months of website management included, then 30 days of post-launch support on top
    What you are paying for

Templates your team can publish against without a developer, a six-month content calendar to fill them, and leads landing in the CRM with their source attached. The build is the part that stops being a bottleneck — everything after launch is you adding pages, not paying for them.

Around 5–6 weeks. Includes one round of structural revision and two rounds of design revision. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

  2. Larger site

A multi-office archive. Quoted from the page count, not assumed.

    ₹2,50,000 project fee, plus GST

A larger site: a design system, templates for a catalogue or a long content programme, and enquiries that land in the CRM with their source attached.

    • 20+ pages on a documented design system
    • Content strategy for the whole site: cluster map, page inventory, briefs and a twelve-month publishing calendar
    • Templates for service, catalogue, comparison and location pages, ready for the team to fill
    • A CMS so the business can publish without a developer
    • CRM integration — Zoho, HubSpot, or the system the business already runs — with the source attached to every enquiry
    • The enquiry path instrumented end to end, including the pages that should produce a conversation
    • Full migration with redirect mapping and rank protection
    • 3 months of website management included, then 60 days of post-launch support on top
    What you are paying for

A documented design system, templates the team can publish against, and a migration that maps the old URLs. The fee above is the fixed project fee for this scope.

8–12 weeks depending on page count and integrations. Scope is fixed in writing before the first invoice. After the included three months, website management is the care plan, or it stops.

Questions

Questions about the build.

How much does a website for an architecture practice cost?

₹85,000, plus GST, for five to seven pages: the practice, the building types it takes, a short set of projects, the people, and a brief. A large project library is ₹1,50,000, plus GST. GST is extra on both. Domain and hosting are billed at cost.

Can the site show unbuilt work?

Yes. It is labelled as a drawing. It is not presented as a finished building. The practice says which is which before the page is published.

Will a new site throw away project pages that already get visits?

Old addresses are mapped and redirected, and the fortnight after launch is watched. That prevents a loss of those addresses. It does not promise a gain in rankings.

If the business is outside architects, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.
