SEO · Car dealers

SEO for a showroom, by the car someone can buy.

The search is a car. A page that lists every brand in the city is a directory, and this practice does not build one.

Starting fee ₹40,000 a month, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

A covered car in an empty showroom, the shutter closed, with no badges.
An empty showroom. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a client’s yard and not a car for sale.

One car can fund a month. A scraped catalogue cannot be the site.

This page does not cite a study of what Indian dealers spend on SEO, and it does not cite an average margin on a car. Those figures were not used. The constraint is the stock. A car on the site has to be one the dealer can sell, at a price the dealer will stand behind that week.

Interpretation: a single retail sale is a different order of money from a monthly retainer, which is why a showroom can be a client and a one-car private seller is not. Recommendation: one city, one showroom, the models it holds. A multi-city group is the broader retainer. An EV-only charging business is a different page, SEO for EV charging.

01 The problem

Dealer sites fail when the car on the page is not the car in the yard.

These are failure modes of stock, not a claim about every showroom.

  1. 01

    A portal pasted in

Cars copied from another site are the wrong inventory, and they are a copyright problem. The page shows stock the dealer enters.

  2. 02

A price that survived the sale

A figure left up after the car has gone is how an enquiry turns into an argument. Prices are the dealer's, and they come down when the dealer says so.

  3. 03

    Every brand, no yard

A menu of brands the showroom does not hold does not answer someone who wants a car this week.

  4. 04

A form that asks for nothing

Name and email, with no model and no phone, is an enquiry the sales desk cannot return.

02 The work

What the retainer covers for one showroom.

The city the showroom is in. The cars it offers. Not a national classifieds site.

  1. 01

    Showroom and model pages

One URL for the yard, and a page for a model only when the dealer actually offers it.

  2. 02

    The Google profile

The showroom's name, the city, and a phone someone answers. There is no Delhi, Gurugram or Noida office of this consultancy.

  3. 03

    Price and availability as stated

Published only as the dealer supplies them. This practice does not invent an on-road price.

  4. 04

    A short enquiry

The model, a phone number, and whether they want to buy or to service. Service-only work belongs with a workshop.

  5. 05

    Monthly reporting

Enquiries from non-brand search. No position is guaranteed.

03 The process

How an SEO engagement runs

Research starts from the cars in the yard this month. A brand with no stock does not get a URL.

  1. 01

    Audit

The site, the Google profile, and whether a call or a form is actually counted. The reply says if search is the wrong channel.

  2. 02

    Research

The searches that match services the business sells. Competitor pages are read for structure. Their claimed results are not treated as facts.

  3. 03

    Strategy

Which pages to publish, which to refuse, and which pricing column the scope fits. Written down before the monthly work starts.

  4. 04

    Implementation

Technical fixes, internal links, the profile, and the pages. Anything that states a professional fact is corrected by the client before it goes live.

  5. 05

    Check

Forms, the phone number, redirects from old URLs, and schema that matches the visible page. No review markup is added to invent a rating.

  6. 06

    Report

A monthly read of calls and form fills, including what did not move. The report is the work. It is not a ranking promise.

04 The search

Found for a car. Trusted because the car is real. Chosen with a call.

If the website is the constraint, the build is website design for car dealers. A workshop that repairs cars and does not sell them is SEO for workshops.

Real estate has its own pages because a flat and a car are different instructions. Those pages stay at SEO for real estate.

Pages one showroom needs.

The yard, the cars, and a way to ask. A national stock feed is the larger build.

  1. 01

    Showroom

Where it is, which brands it holds, and how a visit works.

  2. 02

    Model

A car the dealer offers. Price only as the dealer states it.

  3. 03

    Buy

What to send before a visit.

  4. 04

    Service

Only if this showroom also services cars. Otherwise the link goes to a workshop.

Proof

No dealer result is published here.

There is no dealership case study on this site. The showroom in the image was generated for this site. It is not a yard of cars for sale.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

One showroom is the local column.

Several branches are the Growth column. A group competing in many cities is the broader one. The stock website is quoted separately.

GST on these services is 18%. The local column has a three-month minimum. The larger columns have six. Domain tools and advertising spend are extra. A ranking is not included.

Monthly retainer, billed in advance, excluding GST. No setup fee. The number in the column is the fee for that scope. Reporting and a strategy call are included at every tier.

  1. Growth SEO

More than one branch, with stock the dealer will keep current.

    ₹65,000 a month, plus GST

The full discipline on one site: technical foundations, a content programme built on commercial intent, earned links, and visibility inside AI answers — one retainer instead of four line items.

    • Complete technical SEO — crawl, index, render, speed, schema
    • Keyword and intent strategy scored on commercial value, not search volume
    • 4 content pieces a month, briefed, written and edited — production included, not billed on top
    • Internal linking architecture that moves authority to the pages that make money
    • AI SEO (GEO): entity and schema work, llms.txt, AI-answer visibility tracking
    • 3–4 earned links a month through outreach and digital PR
    • Conversion rate input on the pages that already rank, so more of the traffic converts
    • Monthly reporting against enquiries and revenue — not rankings alone — plus a strategy call
    What you are paying for

48 published pieces a year, roughly 40 earned links, a technically clean site and a documented keyword strategy — all of it yours to keep. Bought separately, the content, the links and the technical work are three suppliers and three invoices; here they are one fee and one person accountable for the result.

6-month minimum — the first quarter is foundations and rarely shows in revenue.

  2. Broader SEO

A group whose search is no longer one city.

    ₹95,000 a month, plus GST

A programme built around the buying decision — the comparison, the alternative and the objection pages your sales team already answers on every call.

    • Cluster architecture mapped to the buying decision, not the product taxonomy
    • 8–10 pieces a month including comparison, alternative and JTBD pages
    • Product-led content built with your team's subject expertise
    • 6–8 links a month plus a running digital PR programme
    • AI search visibility programme across ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
    • Competitor displacement: which of their pages we take, and in what order
    • Pipeline-attributed reporting — sessions to signups to qualified pipeline
    • Monthly strategy call with your growth or marketing lead
    What you are paying for

The pages your sales team already answers on every call — comparison, alternative and objection pages — built at 8–10 a month with links behind them, plus reporting that follows a session through to qualified pipeline. Content production sits inside the fee, not as a second invoice.

6-month minimum. Content production is included, not billed on top.

Questions

Questions dealers ask.

How much does SEO for a car showroom cost?

₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for one showroom. Several branches are ₹65,000 a month, plus GST. A group beyond one city is ₹95,000 a month, plus GST. The fee is for search. It is not a share of a car sold.

Will you pull our stock from CarDekho or Cars24?

No. The site shows cars the dealer is allowed to offer, entered by the dealer, and removed when they are gone. A copy of another company's inventory is not part of the work.

Do you guarantee the first page for a model name?

No. The agreement is the pages, the profile, and a monthly read of enquiries from non-brand search.

Next

Send the site. The reply says whether this retainer fits.

If the business is outside car dealers, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.

Replies usually go out within one working day.
