SEO for studios that fit out a whole home.

The search is the home. The page has to say what the quote includes.

Starting fee ₹40,000 a month, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

Laminate, marble, fabric and wood samples arranged on a table.
Material samples. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a studio and not a finished home.

One apartment fit-out is a different job from one wardrobe.

No substantial study of what Indian interior studios spend on SEO was identified in the sources reviewed on 11 October 2026. The cost figures used here are Magicbricks’ home interior cost guide, by Gunjan Singh, with the byline “Published: Aug 27, 2026, 18:31 IST”. Magicbricks’ own disclaimer says the figures mix industry reports, online articles and in-house data, and that a reader should verify them independently. They are a compiled guide. They are not a census of invoices, and other firms publish different numbers. Those other numbers are not averaged into this page.

On a carpet-area basis, that guide’s 2026 tiers are ₹800 to ₹1,200 a square foot for a budget finish, ₹1,200 to ₹2,000 for mid-range, ₹2,000 to ₹3,500 for premium, and ₹3,500 to ₹6,000 or more for luxury. A full 2 BHK home, in the same guide, is ₹6 lakh to ₹10 lakh on a budget finish, ₹10 lakh to ₹15 lakh mid-range, ₹15 lakh to ₹22 lakh premium, and ₹25 lakh and above for luxury. The city table, for a mid-range 2 BHK with a kitchen, two wardrobes, a living TV unit, a false ceiling, vitrified flooring and paint, puts Delhi NCR at ₹11 lakh to ₹15 lakh. The guide says GST adds 18 percent, and that a ₹10 lakh quote becomes ₹11.8 lakh. Civil work is described as usually separate, at ₹1.5 lakh to ₹4 lakh. The kitchen table, not the guide’s “ideal budget” sentence, puts a mid-range kitchen at ₹2.5 lakh to ₹5 lakh.

Interpretation: one mid-range apartment fit-out, on those published bands, is many times a month of a ₹40,000 retainer. A single wardrobe is not. A studio whose work is one kitchen, at the ₹2.5 lakh to ₹5 lakh band in that table, is a different buyer and is not given a separate page here. Recommendation: this engagement is for a studio that delivers the home. The Council of Architecture’s 7.5 percent for interior architecture is the scale for an architect engaged to do that work. It is cited on the architects page. It does not automatically bind a studio that is not an architect. There is no Delhi, Gurugram or Noida office of this consultancy. The Delhi NCR figure is a row in the guide.

01 The problem

Studio sites show a mood and hide the scope.

These are ways a fit-out enquiry dies. They are not a claim about every studio.

  1. 01

    A project with no contents

A photograph of a living room does not say whether the kitchen, the wardrobes and the civil work were in the job. The next client cannot compare it with a quote.

  2. 02

    A rate with no area

A price per square foot that does not say carpet area cannot be read against the bands studios actually quote.

  3. 03

    A promised saving

A line that says the studio will save the client a stated sum is refused. The guide’s ranges are not a discount this practice can offer.

  4. 04

    A page for every city

The studio is found for the cities it works in. A doorway page for a city it does not visit is not built.

02 The work

What the retainer covers for one studio.

Full-home work the studio delivers. Not a catalogue of products it does not make.

  1. 01

A page for the home, not the noun

The offer is a fit-out of an existing home. Rooms are described as part of that job. A kitchen-only business is turned away.

  2. 02

    Projects with a scope

Each project the studio supplies says what was included. Civil work, if it was someone else’s, is said to be someone else’s.

  3. 03

    The Google profile

The studio’s name, the city it works in, and a phone someone answers.

  4. 04

    A quote path

Carpet area, the rooms, and whether civil work is included. The form is checked against the inbox the studio names.

  5. 05

    Monthly reporting

Enquiries from non-brand search, and a plain read of what did not move. No position is guaranteed.

03 The process

How an SEO engagement runs

Research starts from homes the studio has delivered, not from a list of cities. A city with no work behind it does not get a URL.

  1. 01

    Audit

The site, the Google profile, and whether a call or a form is actually counted. The reply says if search is the wrong channel.

  2. 02

    Research

The searches that match services the business sells. Competitor pages are read for structure. Their claimed results are not treated as facts.

  3. 03

    Strategy

Which pages to publish, which to refuse, and which pricing column the scope fits. Written down before the monthly work starts.

  4. 04

    Implementation

Technical fixes, internal links, the profile, and the pages. Anything that states a professional fact is corrected by the client before it goes live.

  5. 05

    Check

Forms, the phone number, redirects from old URLs, and schema that matches the visible page. No review markup is added to invent a rating.

  6. 06

    Report

A monthly read of calls and form fills, including what did not move. The report is the work. It is not a ranking promise.

04 The search

The useful page is the scope.

Found is the full-home page. Trusted is a project that says what was in the job. Chosen is a form that asks for carpet area and rooms before anyone discusses a fee. If the website is the constraint, the build is website design for interior designers.

An architect instructed on interior architecture is not this buyer. That commission sits on the architects’ pages, against the Council’s scale. This page is the fit-out of a home that already exists.

Pages a studio needs.

The work, the scope, and a way to ask for a quote that can be compared.

  1. 01

    The studio

Who does the work, and the cities they actually visit.

  2. 02

    Full-home fit-out

What a quote includes, on a carpet-area basis, and what is usually extra.

  3. 03

    Project

One home. Rooms, and whether civil work was included.

  4. 04

    People

    Who visits the flat.

  5. 05

    Ask for a quote

Carpet area, rooms, and a phone number.

Proof

No studio result is published here.

There is no interior-studio case study on this site. No enquiry count, no ranking, and no home claimed as a client’s. The materials in the image were generated for this site.

The Magicbricks bands are their guide. They are not a result this practice achieved for a studio, and they are not a saving offered to a homeowner.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

One studio that delivers whole homes.

A large project library is the Growth column. A studio working across many cities, with the work to support it, is the broader one.

GST on these services is 18%. The local column has a three-month minimum. The larger columns have six. Domain tools and advertising spend are extra. A ranking is not included.

Monthly retainer, billed in advance, excluding GST. No setup fee. The number in the column is the fee for that scope. Reporting and a strategy call are included at every tier.

  1. Growth SEO

A project library the studio will keep current, still limited to work it did.

    ₹65,000 a month, plus GST

The full discipline on one site: technical foundations, a content programme built on commercial intent, earned links, and visibility inside AI answers — one retainer instead of four line items.

    • Complete technical SEO — crawl, index, render, speed, schema
    • Keyword and intent strategy scored on commercial value, not search volume
    • 4 content pieces a month, briefed, written and edited — production included, not billed on top
    • Internal linking architecture that moves authority to the pages that make money
    • AI SEO (GEO): entity and schema work, llms.txt, AI-answer visibility tracking
    • 3–4 earned links a month through outreach and digital PR
    • Conversion rate input on the pages that already rank, so more of the traffic converts
    • Monthly reporting against enquiries and revenue — not rankings alone — plus a strategy call
    What you are paying for

48 published pieces a year, roughly 40 earned links, a technically clean site and a documented keyword strategy — all of it yours to keep. Bought separately, the content, the links and the technical work are three suppliers and three invoices; here they are one fee and one person accountable for the result.

6-month minimum — the first quarter is foundations and rarely shows in revenue.

  2. Broader SEO

Several cities, only where the studio actually works. Not a page per district.

    ₹95,000 a month, plus GST

A programme built around the buying decision — the comparison, the alternative and the objection pages your sales team already answers on every call.

    • Cluster architecture mapped to the buying decision, not the product taxonomy
    • 8–10 pieces a month including comparison, alternative and JTBD pages
    • Product-led content built with your team's subject expertise
    • 6–8 links a month plus a running digital PR programme
    • AI search visibility programme across ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
    • Competitor displacement: which of their pages we take, and in what order
    • Pipeline-attributed reporting — sessions to signups to qualified pipeline
    • Monthly strategy call with your growth or marketing lead
    What you are paying for

The pages your sales team already answers on every call — comparison, alternative and objection pages — built at 8–10 a month with links behind them, plus reporting that follows a session through to qualified pipeline. Content production sits inside the fee, not as a second invoice.

6-month minimum. Content production is included, not billed on top.

The starting fee named on this page is ₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.

The same service, without this industry, is the SEO page. The other half of this industry is Website design for interior designers.

Questions

Questions studios ask.

How much does SEO for an interior studio cost?

₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for one studio on the Local + Website SEO scope. A studio with a large project library to maintain is the Growth plan at ₹65,000 a month, plus GST. The Magicbricks ranges are a guide to what a home fit-out can cost. They are not this fee, and they are not a discount.

Do you build a separate page for modular kitchens?

No. A business that sells one kitchen, rather than a full home, is a different buyer and does not get its own URL here. Kitchens appear on this page only as part of a whole-home fit-out.

Will the pages promise the client will save a stated amount?

No. A guide’s cost band is not a saving. The pages say what a project included and what the quote should ask. They do not promise a lower bill.

Is the Council of Architecture’s 7.5 percent our fee?

No. That percentage is the Council’s scale for an architect engaged on interior architecture. It does not set Shruti Parashar’s fee, and it does not automatically apply to a studio that is not an architect.
