SEO for a wedding, split by who is selling it.

A planner is hired for the wedding. A venue is hired for a date and a room that fits the guests. One menu called Weddings is neither.

Starting fee ₹40,000 a month, plus GST. The column marked on this page is that scope. The other published columns are below.

An empty banquet hall with covered chairs and crates of marigolds.
An empty banquet hall. Editorial image, generated for this site. Not a venue and not a wedding.

Two buyers, one industry, and the enquiry is different.

No budget study is cited. A single small gathering may not fund the retainer. The buyer is a planner with a season of weddings, or a venue that lets the space through the year.

Recommendation: say which of the two the business is. A venue with several spaces is still this page. A hotel whose primary sale is a room for the night is SEO for hotels.

01 The problem

Wedding sites are a mood board with no date.

What the retainer fixes.

  1. 01

Planner and venue on one page

A couple cannot tell who they would pay. The page picks one.

  2. 02

    No capacity

A venue page without the number of guests the space holds cannot be compared.

  3. 03

A price taken from a magazine

Packages are the planner's or the venue's. A figure from an article is not written up as theirs.

02 The work

What the retainer covers.

One business. The cities they actually work in.

  1. 01

    The offer, named

Planning, or a space. Packages only as they state them.

  2. 02

    The Google profile

The business's name and a phone.

  3. 03

    An enquiry

Date, city, rough guest count, and whether they need a planner or a venue.

  4. 04

    Monthly reporting

Enquiries from non-brand search. No booking is guaranteed.

03 The process

How an SEO engagement runs

A city they do not travel to does not get a page.

  1. 01

    Audit

The site, the Google profile, and whether a call or a form is actually counted. The reply says if search is the wrong channel.

  2. 02

    Research

The searches that match services the business sells. Competitor pages are read for structure. Their claimed results are not treated as facts.

  3. 03

    Strategy

Which pages to publish, which to refuse, and which pricing column the scope fits. Written down before the monthly work starts.

  4. 04

    Implementation

Technical fixes, internal links, the profile, and the pages. Anything that states a professional fact is corrected by the client before it goes live.

  5. 05

    Check

Forms, the phone number, redirects from old URLs, and schema that matches the visible page. No review markup is added to invent a rating.

  6. 06

    Report

A monthly read of calls and form fills, including what did not move. The report is the work. It is not a ranking promise.

04 The search

The page matches the contract.

The website is website design for weddings.

Pages one business needs.

Planner pages and venue pages are not both built unless the business does both and says so.

  1. 01

    The business

Planner or venue, and the cities.

  2. 02

    The offer

What is included, in their words.

  3. 03

    A space

Only for a venue. Capacity and what is on site.

  4. 04

    Ask

    Date, guests, phone.

Proof

No wedding is published as a client.

There is no wedding case study. The hall in the image was generated for this site.

Published client work has to meet the case study standard. This page does not invent one to fill the gap.

Fee

One planner or one venue.

Several spaces, or a planner working in several cities with the weddings to support it, is Growth.

GST on these services is 18%. The local column has a three-month minimum. The larger columns have six. Domain tools and advertising spend are extra. A ranking is not included.

Monthly retainer, billed in advance, excluding GST. No setup fee. The number in the column is the fee for that scope. Reporting and a strategy call are included at every tier.

  1. Growth SEO

Several spaces or several cities they work.

    ₹65,000 a month, plus GST

The full discipline on one site: technical foundations, a content programme built on commercial intent, earned links, and visibility inside AI answers — one retainer instead of four line items.

    • Complete technical SEO — crawl, index, render, speed, schema
    • Keyword and intent strategy scored on commercial value, not search volume
    • 4 content pieces a month, briefed, written and edited — production included, not billed on top
    • Internal linking architecture that moves authority to the pages that make money
    • AI SEO (GEO): entity and schema work, llms.txt, AI-answer visibility tracking
    • 3–4 earned links a month through outreach and digital PR
    • Conversion rate input on the pages that already rank, so more of the traffic converts
    • Monthly reporting against enquiries and revenue — not rankings alone — plus a strategy call
    What you are paying for

48 published pieces a year, roughly 40 earned links, a technically clean site and a documented keyword strategy — all of it yours to keep. Bought separately, the content, the links and the technical work are three suppliers and three invoices; here they are one fee and one person accountable for the result.

6-month minimum — the first quarter is foundations and rarely shows in revenue.

  2. Broader SEO

A group. Not the usual instruction.

    ₹95,000 a month, plus GST

A programme built around the buying decision — the comparison, the alternative and the objection pages your sales team already answers on every call.

    • Cluster architecture mapped to the buying decision, not the product taxonomy
    • 8–10 pieces a month including comparison, alternative and JTBD pages
    • Product-led content built with your team's subject expertise
    • 6–8 links a month plus a running digital PR programme
    • AI search visibility programme across ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
    • Competitor displacement: which of their pages we take, and in what order
    • Pipeline-attributed reporting — sessions to signups to qualified pipeline
    • Monthly strategy call with your growth or marketing lead
    What you are paying for

The pages your sales team already answers on every call — comparison, alternative and objection pages — built at 8–10 a month with links behind them, plus reporting that follows a session through to qualified pipeline. Content production sits inside the fee, not as a second invoice.

6-month minimum. Content production is included, not billed on top.

The starting fee named on this page is ₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for the scope marked "Starts here". The full wording, and the add-ons, are on the pricing page. The work is done by Shruti Parashar, from Sonipat, for businesses in India. There is no office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida.

The same service, without this industry, is the SEO page. The other half of this industry is Website design for weddings.

Questions

Questions planners and venues ask.

How much does SEO for a wedding business cost?

₹40,000 a month, plus GST, for one planner or one venue. The reply says if a single event would not fund the work.

Will you publish a package price?

Only the price the business states, and only with what it includes. A cost from a magazine or a blog is not used.

Do planners and venues share a page on our site?

They share this service page because the industry was one brief. The client's own website is about one of them, unless that client genuinely does both.

Next

Send the site. The reply says whether this retainer fits.

If the business is outside weddings, or this scope is the wrong size, the reply says so. There is no calendar on this page. The form is the request.

Replies usually go out within one working day.
