Leads your sales team will actually call back.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns measured on qualified leads and pipeline, not on cost per click.
A cheap lead your sales team will not call is not a cheap lead.
SEO compounds slowly. Paid social starts on Monday. Run together they cover both ends of the same problem — which is why most clients here end up running both, with paid buying the demand that exists now and organic building the demand that lasts.
The work is unglamorous: getting the tracking right so the platform can optimise on something real, producing enough creative to keep finding what works, qualifying at the form rather than in the follow-up call, and closing the loop between what the ad account reports and what actually closed.
The work itself.
Scope is agreed per engagement. This is the shape it usually takes.
- 01
Tracking and attribution
Pixel and Conversions API, event mapping, and offline conversion import so the platform optimises for the leads that turned into customers rather than for the ones that were cheap.
- 02
Offer and audience testing
A structured framework rather than a pile of ad sets: what is being tested, against what, and what result would change the plan.
- 03
Creative production
New concepts every month across static, video and UGC formats. Creative fatigue is the main reason a working campaign stops working, and the only defence is a pipeline.
- 04
Lead capture and qualification
Instant forms with qualifying questions, or a landing page where the offer needs more explanation. Qualification happens before the lead reaches your team, not after.
- 05
Lead routing
Leads delivered to your CRM, WhatsApp, SMS or inbox within seconds. Speed to first contact moves close rates more than almost anything in the ad account.
- 06
Landing pages and CRO
For offers that need a page: built, tested and iterated against conversion rate, so improvements come from the page as well as from the bidding.
- 07
Reporting that reaches sales
Cost per qualified lead, lead quality by campaign and creative, and — where the CRM allows — pipeline and closed-won traced back to spend.
How we get there.
- 01
Fix measurement first
If the events are wrong, every optimisation decision after that is wrong too. Nothing scales until tracking is verified end to end.
- 02
Define a good lead with your sales team
Written down before launch. Half of all paid social disappointment is a definition disagreement discovered three months in.
- 03
Test the offer before the audience
Targeting rarely rescues a weak offer. The offer and the creative angle are tested first because they carry the most leverage.
- 04
Build a creative pipeline
Concepts produced on a schedule, winners scaled, losers retired. Frequency and fatigue are watched as leading indicators, not diagnosed afterwards.
- 05
Close the loop
Outcomes fed back from the CRM into the ad account, so the platform optimises toward revenue rather than toward form fills.
- 06
Scale on evidence
Budget increases follow a stable cost per qualified lead, not a good week.
What changes.
- A predictable, measured cost per qualified lead
- Tracking your team can trust when it disagrees with the platform
- Enough creative in rotation to survive fatigue
- Leads routed and contacted in seconds, not the next morning
- A clear answer to which campaign and creative produced revenue
- A demand channel that starts producing in weeks, not quarters
Three ways to run paid social, scoped by what you are buying.
A local business buying phone calls and a company buying qualified enquiries need different campaign structures, different creative and different definitions of a good lead.
Monthly management fee, excluding GST. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is never billed through us or marked up.
-

- 1 core offer, built and tested
- 4–6 new creatives a month
- Instant lead forms with qualifying questions
- Lead routing to CRM, WhatsApp, SMS or email within seconds
- Call tracking and offline conversion import

- Account setup ₹35,000 Plus GST, for a new account. Pixel and Conversions API, event mapping, lead routing and a reporting dashboard. Included when the larger paid-social engagement is the one being bought.
- Creative sprint ₹45,000 Plus GST. A batch of 10 additional concepts — static, video cut-downs and hooks — outside the monthly allowance.
- Ad account audit ₹25,000 Plus GST. Structure, tracking, creative and spend efficiency, with a prioritised fix list. Credited against the first month of management.
Ad spend is separate and always paid by you directly to Meta. Cost per lead depends on your market, offer and creative, so no number is promised before there is data from your account.
How the work runs.
The same six stages apply across every engagement. The weight given to each depends on where you are starting from.
- 01
Discover
The business before the website. What you sell, who buys it, what a customer is worth, and what the market around you already looks like in search.
- 02
Diagnose
Where the growth is currently leaking: technical foundations, content that misses intent, authority you don't yet have, measurement that can't prove anything.
- 03
Strategise
A prioritised roadmap. What gets built, in what order, by whom, and what has to be true before the next phase starts.
- 04
Execute
The highest-impact work first, shipped with your team. Tickets developers can act on and briefs writers can use.
- 05
Measure
Visibility, traffic and, where the tracking allows it, enquiries and revenue. Reported plainly, including the things that didn't work.
- 06
Compound
Double down on what is working, retire what isn't, and keep improving the pages that already earn. This is where most of the return comes from.
About Meta Ads Lead Generation.
How much does Meta ads management cost?
Local Lead Gen is ₹40,000 a month, Growth Lead Gen is ₹70,000 a month, and the larger programme is ₹1,00,000 a month, plus GST. That is management of the scope in the column. Ad spend is paid by the business directly to Meta and is not marked up.
Is ad spend included?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta from your own account and is never billed through us or marked up. The fee on this page is for management only. You keep ownership of the ad account, the pixel and the audiences.
What ad budget should I start with?
There is no universal minimum, and this page will not invent one. Below a certain spend the account does not produce enough data to judge the creative, and that threshold depends on the city, the offer and the cost of the click. It is agreed before launch, in rupees, against the actual account rather than a figure copied from another market.
What cost per lead can I expect?
That depends on your market, your offer and your creative, and no honest number exists before there is data from your account. What we will do in the first month is establish a real baseline and tell you plainly whether the economics work.
Should I run Meta ads or SEO?
They solve different problems. Paid social buys demand that exists now and stops the day you stop paying. SEO compounds and keeps producing, but it takes quarters. If you need leads this month, start with paid. If you only ever run paid, your cost of acquisition never improves.
Do you build the landing pages?
A landing page is part of the broader engagements, and can be quoted on its own for a smaller one. Where an instant lead form outperforms a page, the form is the recommendation, and a page is not added so there is something extra to invoice.
Is there a contract?
Three months on the local and growth engagements, six on the larger programme. Paid social needs at least one full learning cycle before the numbers mean anything, and a one-month test mostly measures the learning phase.
